Trump, Bitcoin, nurses and struggle sessions: Links post 1 for July 21, 2025

1. So Donald Trump put this out on Truth Social. It’s an amazing little clip with the best AI video generation I have seen so far, and appears not to have restrictions on how closely it can generate a real person’s face or look.

The real problem here, and it’s a biggie, is that how do we know the first part of the video is real? I mean those of us who pay attention know because we saw everyone of those clips and that was when they were trying to frame President Trump and AI didn’t publicly exist at that level yet.

BUt now, it does, and in a way, President Trump undermines his own message by diluting the truth, the first part of this compilation video, with faked footage that is satisfying, (and it really is!) but fake.

2. Speaking of The Donald, his admin just approved some component or legitimization of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin feels like a Ponzi scheme to me. I think on my X account I get about an equal amount of sex bots and people hawking bitcoin and I block them all, although I do enjoy screwing with the Bitcoin mongers.

Trump posted this video however, of the explanation for why Bitcoin is desirable. And frankly, even the explanation seems opaque to me. And at one point I understood blockchain for all of about 30 minutes. I even played around with a bitcoin minor device. A great way to heat the home of the deaf by the way, as it produces more heat than anything toaster with a fan on it and is louder than Bill Gates’ private jet.

In any case, here is the explanation for why the Trump admin finds Bitcoin to be a beacon of freedom, And maybe it is. And maybe Chrystia Freehand was lying when she said she would freeze the bitcoin accounts of people who contributed to the Freedom Convoy. Or maybe it’s because in Canada to deal with Bitcoins you have to have a Coinbase acct. for which you have to leave a DNA sample, and the address of every relative you have, so it is easy for the state to order your account closed or frozen. I dunno. Looking forward to the comments on this though.

3. Speaking of Canada: EXCLUSIVE: New ethics code tells nurses to denounce “white, European” medicine

Regulated Canadian nurses are now required to align their conduct with a detailed set of political values — among them, social justice, gender ideology, Indigenous belief systems, and climate activism.

Nurses are now required to acknowledge “the historical and continuous impact that White, European-centric models of nursing and health have on the perpetuation of anti-Indigenous racism, anti- Black racism, and other types of racism.”

For those unaware, this may be a good time to investigate the Maoist Cultural Revolution, with special emphasis on “struggle sessions”.

4. Speaking of struggle sessions, nurses and Canada, a gem from enemy propaganda network, CTV:

B.C. nurse who was disciplined for transgender comments files human rights complaints

VANCOUVER — The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms says a nurse who was sanctioned by the B.C. College of Nurses and Midwives has filed two human rights complaints with the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal.

A disciplinary panel with the college determined Amy Hamm committed unprofessional conduct for making “discriminatory and derogatory statements” about transgender people earlier this year.

That decision released in March said Hamm’s statements made across “various online platforms” between July 2018 and March 2021 were partly designed “to elicit fear, contempt and outrage against members of the transgender community.”

The justice centre says in a news release that Hamm was the “target of escalating disciplinary measures, and eventually termination, for expressing views on gender and women’s rights during her personal time.”

It says her first application to the human rights tribunal is against Vancouver Coastal Health, alleging discrimination based on her political beliefs that led to her dismissal in March 2025.

The centre says the second application is against the College of Nurses and Midwives and claims regulatory authorities used their power to enforce a particular world view — in this case, gender ideology.

The news release says Hamm is seeking reinstatement, a public apology, a declaration that she was discriminated against as well as monetary compensation.

Of course, in a communist or Islamic state, we cannot be told what the blasphemous/Hate-speech comments are, because of course, that would be blasphemy-hate speech wouldn’t it?

So we have to take CTVs words for it as opposed to the most likely case that she stated biological facts about men and women, which people who want to pretend they are not facts find offensive.

5. Not 100% sure what this guy is saying, but if you are a young couple planning on buying a house in Canada, you maybe should dress up like Trudeau at a Costume party, practice an Indian accent and go to the bank like that.
