Canada, even in small town Ontario, is stunningly communist.
We have defined communism many times as moving from fact and truth based institutions, to narrative driven ones.
This is an amazing example. This man’s entire family has been cancelled in one way or another because they refused to abandon values and beliefs which have been central to Canadian identity since the day of it’s founding.

Maybe if it makes it to Vice President J.D. Vance, he can give another public excoriation to Canada. One that would be richly deserved, and this could be a key data point in his talk.
Once again, free countries appear to be desperately relying on America to save us. Maybe this time though, Canada can actually become part of the US.
