Key Developments This Week

This week’s main focus was on Tecogen Inc. (NYSE:TGEN) following its Q4 and full-year 2025 results. We provided an extended take after reviewing the earnings call, where the key points relate to the company’s progress toward securing initial data center contracts, the role of its Vertiv Holdings, Llc (NYSE:VRT) relationship, and the continued customer friction around being an early adopter. More on this later, including our first attempt at a financial model based on hidden clues provided by the company that we don’t think most investors have caught on to. A special shout-out to Multibagger Mike (@Mike10947310 on X and @huntingmultibaggers on Substack) for pointing this out to us.

Elsewhere, Kelyniam Global, Inc. (OOTC:KLYG) reported Q4 and full-year 2025 results, showing continued stabilization following its new 510(k) FDA clearance it hopes will expand its skull and facial implants business. ifabric Corp. (OTC:IFABF) (TSX:IFA) issued preliminary fiscal 2025 revenue and provided a Q1 2026 outlook pointing to a higher scale of its new intelligent apparel product line. Perma-pipe International Holdin (NASDAQ:PPIH) provided an operational update that included facility expansion plans, growth in its Middle East and North Africa operations, and accelerating AI data center initiatives.

In addition, Orion Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ORN) and Nn, Inc. (NASDAQ:NNBR) were highlighted in our GeoPremium X posts, reflecting ongoing interest in infrastructure- and data center–linked opportunities that we continue to follow.

• Orion Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ORN) added to our infrastructure and data center screens

We are taking a closer look at ORN, a marine and infrastructure construction contractor. While currently reasonably valued, analyst estimates show strong growth.

This outlook is supported by two tailwinds: data center demand and defense spending. Growth is being driven by a rising share of data center-related concrete work (now ~40% of the segment and growing), expansion of its higher-margin marine business tied to shipbuilding and federal infrastructure, and the J.E. McAmis acquisition, which has higher margins and should improve blended marine margins.
