Just behind the farmland, next to Gilbert Christian School, is Clearwater Agritopia, the assisted senior living facility. William noted that typically such facilities are located in isolated areas, but at Agritopia, it was planned to be near the main family homes.
“It’s important for the longevity of a human being, but also, I think that oftentimes as people age, they’re kind of forgotten, and that’s not how life should work,” he said.
