It appears to me clearly the greatest teacher is not experience, or life, nor any other obvious and repeated first to mind thoughts, but shame. The self induced humiliation, or embarrassment, of my own previous actions in the first part of my life through unknowing, is immense. Knowing the dire consequences of what I once contributed to, even often promoting while training professional athletes, through my lack of comprehension of what was cleverly hidden right before my face, will be forever haunting. Now though, is more purpose, and feeling behind in any form of knowledge, has become one of my most wonderful motivators. I offer the most sincerest of constant apologies to all, for my inattention, and will make amends forevermore.

The following inconvenient message is humbly written, without any judgement whatsoever of any single person for what they choose to ingest. Yet, expressed with an absolute abhorrence for the unnecessary, unnatural, and wickedly abnormal,— torturous barbarity exacted upon defenseless animals for such an awfully accepted custom. What is known beyond any reasonable reproach, is that the peace most of us choose for the world begins, and also ends with how those most defenseless are treated.

Truly, did you, knowingly choose what you will nutrify yourself with, or were you like most of us, and it was chosen for you from birth, what will be eaten? I ask also, who taught those that taught you, and myself as well. Because, if one were to put an apple and a chicken in a baby crib, the baby will eat the apple and play with the chicken.

Seneca once wrote, “let us ask what it best, not what is customary. Let us love temperance—let us be just—let us refrain from bloodshed”. Seems a fair request by one of the most remembered names of all time.

I am fully aware that this message will be highly uncomfortable, very heavy for some, the truth always is. Many have heard the Biblical passage in the book of John 8:32 “you shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free”. But what is not referenced in this passage, is that while the truth will in fact set us free, first it will anger us. This is not my intention, in the least. I can not even stand to write, or say the word, but feel it most necessary to bring more light to this crucial subject.

The Taught Habitual Rituals.

Have you noticed most of the old televised traditions now are being exposed for their roots and are quickly being rejected by the awakening? From organized holidays and the allopathic medical system, to bull fighting and fox hunting, all being gratefully abandoned, because the collective consciousness is shifting higher, directly out of the inverted world in which we find ourselves. Just as it is with dietetics, which is the most important, because we become what we ingest, as where there is blood in, there will also be blood out. It is not possible to have peace on earth when the flesh and blood of miserably angry and tortured animals are considered food, this amounts to a perpetual blood lust. Exactly what we see in society presently, a constant suffering for all. Even for those of us who would not ever consume animal tissue, by default, we are all subjected to the effects of a supposed modern society that consumes violence literally.

And to quote perhaps the single, most valuable and thoughtful sentence to advance further, forever, the answer for all planetary suffering, Love—Leo Tolstoy wrote, “as long as there are slaughter-houses, there will be battlefields”. The amount of wisdom which can be discovered in his few words there repeated, is simply indescribable, even by the greatest of authors.

The Greatest Nourishment.

Raw, plant based frugivorous and vegetable dietaries are vastly superior to all others, excluding one of a breatharians, in perfect atmospheric conditions. That is correct. This is so far past the point of debate you would have to be averting your eyes intentionally, or are being paid by big industry to promote agendas to not discover this for yourselves. I have written in great detail about this subject. How the air we breathe is over 75% nitrogen and absolutely full of water, we simply can not see it. For those that still think protein is such an important part of a dietary, the amino acids that most people think is protein is made from Nitrogen. Nitrogen makes plants grow—plants that feed the animals that people eat. I am not suggesting to quickly become a breatharian. I am saying kindly, it is wise to consider using for fuel, a primary source of energy which are the plants, not the secondary source as in the animals. Why not eat what they ate, instead of eating them?

Anatomical Frugivores.

Our physiology indicates plainly, when examined closely what we were designed to utilize for food. It matters not if someone, or group, of commercialized animal husbandry business’s simply do not want to see it yet. The simplest point being, homo sapiens are intelligently designed to be frugivores, fruit eaters, if eaters at all. There is much evidence suggesting that our even recent ancestors, did not eat or drink much of anything, or sleep for that matter—as hard as this may be for some to consider. Study the Tartarian civilization. How there were no known restrooms or sewage systems in the numerous majestical buildings, or about the town centers which at one time would have seen thousands of peoples.

 

Our physiology clearly proves human beings are frugivores first, not herbivores or omnivores, and especially not carnivores, not even close. For the true carnivorous anatomical makeup is the exact opposite as to that of a human being—these are all choices, no matter how abysmal. I will challenge anyone on this earth to a public debate and the winners proceeds can be used to further fund a charity of their own choosing. Whatever any one person or group would like to wager, all comers will be met with a tremendous amount of respectful truth and the most illuminated minds of all time as reference points. My position is, human beings, if designed to eat solid physical food at all, are frugivores by our god given natures, and any other learned eating habit is a choice.

Evolution or devolution.

The most simple explanation is usually the most correct one as maintained by Occam’s razor. Simplicity for finding knowledge is taught by the most revered names of all time. The following simple observations tell an enormous story.

Human beings are the only species that obtains foods in its most natural forms and then cooks the nutrients, which are the growth factors, right out of it. What smells so good during the cooking process, is actually the oxygen and other elements our bodies utilize, evaporating. Every other biological being eats raw food for sustenance, unless they have been humanized. This over cooking, is yet another learned habitual behavior that is not natural, and certainly not necessary, no matter how good artificially heated foods taste. Humans, are evidently also, the only undisturbed species as Brian Clement exclaims, on this earth, that does not eat a raw diet, the only ones.

Does this make us the most wise? Not hardly, as the more raw, the most power. Because raw live foods are frequency foods and natural. Foods in their most natural state provide the highest forms of energy to our cellular structures. Raw foods are replete with oxygen and carbons, both life giving elements. These types of unadulterated foods are electron donors, not electron stealers. Human beings are made of electrons. Plant based, natural, raw, live uncooked food is the most natural and normal form of feeding. Again, for a food material to be of good use to a living beings biological structure, that food must be itself electrical in its own Nature. This is the opposite of carnivorous feedings. Because the true few carnivores that are left, kill their prey themselves, with their true canine teeth and claws or talons they are endowed with for this purpose, and consume it immediately, raw. Exactly the opposite of humans, born with no talons or claws and flat teeth, that go to a commercialized market weeks later after an animal has been violently killed at a slaughter-house, conveniently called a farm, by yet another immature mind that will grow up haunted no doubt, to buy color dyed week old muscle tissue for food. I encourage the readers to seek further information on what becomes of many of the young individuals that work in these unfathomable environments and houses of terror. Places so abysmal, they have to be constructed with towering, sound proof walls in so that the surrounding people in the communities do not hear the screams and pains of death coming from the next “steaks” or “hams”. Curious why the flesh and blood of animals is given cute little names, as opposed to calling it what it really is—because only then will more of society quickly real eyes, what they are eating. Call things what they are, or live a lie.

 

Exalted names throughout antiquity teach simplicity. And by numerous accounts, were all plant eaters, they also recognized something about Mother Nature. As Manly P. Hall writes, “Nature preserves no unnecessary organs, they must have a very important role to play”. If we were meant to consume animals our physical attributes would be entirely different, exactly opposite actually. Our bodies quietly indicate to us what we are built to receive.

Know Thyself.

Homo sapiens are intelligently designed so perfectly, that our hands, mouths, intestines, teeth, saliva, stomach fluids, jaw structure and mobility, our colons, livers, and urine pH just to name a few, are the polar, or, exact opposites to that of a carnivore in the wild. I have, now as many others, done a tremendous amount of work detailing each of these sharpened points regarding how our physical appendages and internal constitutions, prove human beings are not built to ingest the flesh of dead animals and those that are doing so, are doing so by choice and habit, that is a learned behavior.

The human stomach relates part of the story.

Human beings have been intelligently endowed with a precisely designed digestive system. In which, the present bacterium within extracts necessary energies from foods. Some call this energy light, electrons, or even the amber. The more electric or alive the food material is, the more alkaline the nutrients will be.

What many of us now see being deemed food, is actually indigestible dead matter which does much harm to the person ingesting it. So not only will the person not receive essential nutrients from the assumed food substances, because it is not truly useable forms of energy in the first place as it is without light, but they are also degenerating their own constitutions with material our bodies are not meant to consume. Surely many by now have heard the story of John Wayne and Elvis, where they were said to have over 90 pounds of undigested flesh in their stomachs between them. What is indigestible, causes putrefaction and illness within, and without.

We are what we eat and what they eat.

Knowing we are what we eat, what do you suppose the cows are eating to make up the flesh and blood on their bones which people are eating? Think they are eating organic feed and drinking the freshest water and getting plenty of sun? Or could it be the opposite and they are being injected with god forsaken chemicals, confined, tortured, and eating all genetically modified artificial gruel to fatten them up as fast as possible for yet another young, surely disturbed butcher.

For example, artificial substances, petro-chemical based pharmaceutical drugs, genetically modified organisms, carnivorous feeding, and what is thought to be table salt, destroy not only ones tastebuds, but also their digestive systems. The stomach, upon pouring in substances that are not natural, will soon lose its primary function, which is not to digest food no matter how many tell you so, but to produce sodium bicarbonate and for light extraction. Consuming these things will render the stomach depleted in hydrochloric acid, which is essential for these functions, and also is our stomach acid extremely low in comparison to a true carnivore. This is only referring to the stomach itself and its primary function which also requires carbon dioxide (the gas of life), much more damage is being done where energy should next be released, and that is inside the intestines. Remember the human intestines are over 30 feet long, completely convoluted, coiled perfectly for fruit and seed maximum nutrient extraction, whereas, one of a carnivore is very short, and pipeline being straighter, again opposite.

For we are electrical beings first, then chemical. Raw, plant based foods and sea vegetables contain live nutrients that are in fact power. They have harnessed the most impressive form of energies known to man which come from the sun. Raw live foods such as the leaves of plants and sprouts are those closest to the sun in which all things are derived. The kingdom of plants, sea vegetables, raw fruit and algae’s provide the absolute highest forms of nutrition which equates directly to our health. On one level the three most necessary elements required for all life are carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Knowing this, it will prove wise to seek fuel, or foods that contain the most pure amounts of these things.

I take the necessary time to intently research all that I ingest and have come to unyielding conclusions that are irrefutable by any person that is of a sober and rational mind. Some of the deepest of details can obviously be debated, but not the overall qualities that certain foods posses and the bioavailability of them, this is incontrovertible. For one is dead as in animal flesh and another alive like sprouts.

The Incredible Comparisons.

The life enhancing qualities of a few foods outlined next show the staggering benefits of raw live foods, and also the very common misconceptions as to where usable protein actually truly resides. And this protein, or what most people wrongly assume is protein, is not even contained in the so called foods they think it is in, and protein is definitely not even close to the most important piece of a superior dietary. Proteins are acidic in their nature, and “proteins” are an enormous part of the problems, particularly animal protein. This is leaving out raw berries, melons, and fruit, which is the most superlative form of feeding, when picked ripened and unadulterated. The vitamins and minerals included in the comparative information are known to be of absolute importance within the body.

Potassium. Potassium is on one level one of the four most vital properties for all life. The highest concentration of any mineral in a healthy human cell (if we even truly have cells) ought to be potassium. Potassium is the alkalizer and has incomparable cleansing properties. These are just a few comparisons regarding simple lettuce nutrient superiority over animal tissue which anyone could investigate further. One will find even more astonishing numbers comparing live sprouts, algae’s, raw fruit, certain sea vegetables, and moringa.

In conclusion, it will prove very edifying to anyone, no matter what current level of nutritional prowess they posses, to delve further into the specifics outlined in this message. Do not be misled by talking points in shallow searches, mainstream books, or foolish headlines written by industry and associations that think of money and not harmony—remember simplicity. Also remember, we are the only species on the planet that cooks and denatures our choices for food and drinks the milk of another species. This does not render us the higher life form it appears to me.

As Mr. Sebi contended for so many years prior to his murder, “there has been a violation, a violation that is costing us our lives today.” Categorically, animals not captivated do not get ill typically, until their age is such that father time comes for them. Sebi also rightly said, “gorilla’s don’t eat blood, he eats leaves and berries, but see, he is sane.” Gorilla’s are plant eaters and they are known to be at least ten times stronger than a man. Elephants, lions, and gorilla’s, do not fall ill from not being taken to a clinic yearly to receive numerous doses of unpronounceable chemical concoctions. Wild dogs, boars and any other free animal, cannot possibly suffer from all the dis - eases as seen in the captivated ones, let us please be real if anything. The animals, as humans that are ill, are the domesticated, or trained, ones. The ones that ingest the cooked swill and drink the worst of water. Very sadly, the ones mass produced, being shot up, pent up, left alone and unloved for their hastily shortened and entirely depressed lives.

The same ones people eat and mistakenly think is a good and healthy form of energy. How can that be, where ingesting pain and suffering turns into healthy humans?

It can not.

We can be the change for the peace most of us would have in this world, but it begins with first knowing. So as difficult as this is to write and also I am sure read, I write these words with a tremendous amount of respect for those absorbing such possibly disturbing content. Might this information be forever useful to humanity and to all of our most dependably loving brothers and sisters called animals.
