If someone agrees to have chemotherapy that is their contract with their doctor. If their doctor tells them to stay out of the sun while getting chemotherapy. They are in agreement to stay out of the sun. They could go into the Sun and not tell the doctor and continue the chemotherapy but they would have violated the agreement. They could go on to the Sun and tell the doctor they went out into the sun and the doctor could cancel the agreement for chemotherapy because they violated the agreement to not go out into the sun.
