The Vitamin C thing...

Someone talking about Vitamin C use daily on Truth-Social

Take 1,000MG at least daily.

My response:  HOWEVER…
buy Ascorbic Acid (Vit-C) powder and put a little bit (not alot, so-as to not distort taste of) whatever you drink all through the Day! Vit-C is one of those kinda things that DO NOT STORE in the Body well and therefore you need continuing supply through day rather than ONE BIG DOSE that you then see peeing right out the excess.

Yep, a daily multi-vitamin is NOT really enough. Nor multi-minerals. Those are good, those should be taken too. BUT on top of those more various B’s, C, D, E; those all shown be most vital; and yes the importance of Zinc, Potassium, Magnesium, more. EVEN STILL, none of that is 100% assurance you’ll never get a Cold or the Flu, but does drastically reduce those and WORSE!

I’ve had Cancer (2010) and aside from that one time that was discovered the other times I’ve been to the Hospital (prior to 2018, and I started a better Vitamin/Mineral regiment) and I felt like I was DYING and the Cancer might be back or whatever (as I’ve been on Disability for host of reasons since 2004) 9/10 they’d run batteries of tests but then fill me with Saline IV to further hydrate, Magnesium, and Potassium, and send me home! Aside from visit to Hospital May 1 this year for TAVR Heart Valve replacement; haven’t been to Hospital since 2018-ish.

No, not a Doctor, don’t play one on TV.

 

I am on Disability income, cannot afford all the supplements I know I should take so I take several like Immuno-150 and Balance of Nature and all the other Vitamins/Minerals/Supplements, but just not as often as “recommended” but I figure at least getting them in a couple times a week vs everyday helps at least to some degree.
