Culiacán, Sin., Oct. 22 - In a period of twenty-five days, flyers have been thrown on public streets on two occasions, presumably from airplanes or by hand, as an action against the sons of “Chapo Guzmán” to whom they attribute the collection of money and other abuses, in complicity with the governor, Rubén Rocha Moya.
