El Cabezon,” is a lieutenant of Alfonso Arzata Garcia, “El Aquiles,” who is a key ally of Ismael Zambada Sicairios, “Mayo Flaco,” leader of the Mayo Zambada criminal organization.
La Chapiza interrogated Adolfo Soto Zepeda for almost two minutes and Soto Zepeda was out of breath with visible signs of torture. Soto Zepeda claims to be twenty-seven years old and mentions to have been captured in Culiacan, Sinaloa.
