Proddatur – Andhra Pradesh (Before It’s News – IC): Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bhaktavatsalam will be the guest of honor at a series of events to be organized as part of drug eradication celebrations on September 10. The DSP has called on the community to join in the fight against drug abuse and make the program a success.
- Morning Events: Rally, Flash Mob, and Human-chain
The day will begin with a rally starting from Vijayakumar Theatre to Shivalayam Circle. Following the rally, a flash mob performance is scheduled at the place next to Chandra Coffee. A human-chain symbolizing unity against drug abuse will also take place as part of the morning activities.
- Afternoon meeting at VITS
In the afternoon, a meeting will be held at the local Vagdevi Engineering College, where community leaders and local organizations will address the attendees. DSP Bhaktavatsalam emphasized the importance of collective action and invited everyone to participate in the event to ensure its success.

Members from Vikasitha Foundation, Vagdevi Institute of Technology and Science (VITS), Star Foundation, and Rotary Club are playing a pivotal role in organizing this program.
