I am writing for the benefit of David Roland Hinkson, previous US Navy .
Please note that I ask that you immediately provide David all forms for his Veteran records,including but not limited to release forms for those that are assisting David, perhaps a complete package with all necessary informations and available courses of action to help David. Please advise if necessary if I may help him with access to available data that he does not have access to. 
 If there is any available to David any “legal” assistance please advise:  This is an urgent plea to help David Hinkson, political prisoner to obtain full disclosure about his veteran records, and the records of “SWISHER” as it relates to the case that he, David, was prosecuted. Please note: “SWISHER”  claimed to be a purple heart recipient, and he was not.
