Greetings Gary,

Enclosed is a photograph of Cedar Springs School house, and the map that it was located before Dad and Mom brought the material to build their home….The Cedar Springs school was dismantled and rebuilt on top of the mountain at 132 Wood Meadow Drive, Hollister , Missouri

It was built with love, hard work and determination. With that same determination to save the place from it being turned into a country junk yard dump, and the decision that for me it is time to live there, and preserve my interest in the farm that I write to you today.

This letter is not written in haste, and it is written with a peaceful resolution in mind with fairness to me.

I realize that this method of contacting you is not secure as a FedEx package. I did phone you today from 636 525 1179 and did leave a message for you to return the call.

Briefly , you are family that Mom dearly loved. I accept that she made good decisions and on that always talked to me at length how much she thought of you and your family… always told me about your letters to her and your planned visits, and cards sent.

She loved that.

Though throughout the years you and I really do not know each other, but that does not change the “ second cousin” position .

Well, a blast from the past is that your Grandpa’s land in Taneyville, Mo. was lost to a family member that took advantage of Uncle Alva, and I remember when Uncle Ben came in and tried to stop all of that. I was there holding Mom’s hand as I did for decades when the family crisis and drama came up.

She knew that as a woman I would have compassion and comprehension of the situation.

If you can read this with a neutral business mind and know that I need a third party, neutral negotiator, mediator, to help fix a problem that is similar to the above. I want to live on the family home that I grew up on, but am very cautious about contacting Gary L. Clarkson, and any of his sidekicks, wives, etc.

The place that I rent recently was flooded, on Thursday, July 3,2015 and I spent the weekend doing clean up.

I have some medical challenges, respiratory, back problems and I 100 % utilize homeopathy and naturopathy and alternative treatments, herbs, etc. Synthetic pharmaceuticals are poison, and my point here is I am planning and thinking clearly with the utmost honor and with a peaceful solution in the horizon…

A good example of the business acumen of Gary Clarkson:

Bob Wilson, employee at the print shop at CofO rented from Mom for almost twenty years. After Mom passed he came to talk to Gary to ask if he could place a mobile home on the land and live there forever, and Gary ran him off. I was there, I was dumb founded . After that both Gary and Garland ( in his drunken stupors) succeeded in using the typical abuse , women abuse, bully tactics .

It has been said that Gary sexually abused Betty and that is why she is afraid to cross him

I at one time had respect for him in my youth.

1. There is a trust in place where by Mom wanted her children, her grandchildren, her blood relatives to always be able to come back home, as that is what she wanted. She was quite knowledgeable about the dynasty blood line trusts.

After Moms death, all of the “ children” created a private agreement to only sell to each other , and keep the land together.

I have a copy of that and have put it into my trust, as I have assigned my portion as a perpetual dynasty trust, just as Mom did ( This is all private and not published publicly)

Another important point is that the native American Indian artifacts found on the land by Mom protects the land as a potential sacred burial ground

The caverns under the land are connected to the Stone County Missouri caverns and keeping the land together and not piece mealing it out, IE: petition to partition, which a crooked lawyer will tell others to do. The lawyers and the land developers win in that case.

With all of the fraud, theft, unlawful conversion that has happened in Taney county courthouse, the only one over there with a heart is Tony W. and he would be recused if this came in front of him as Mom and his Mom Irene Williams were co workers and friends… He has also been my lawyer , before he stepped into being a judge.
