I already talked about the new Global Free Fair Trade Union/System in previous blog site. Here is some other suggestions.

As you may know there are 9 tiers/categories of goods, products and services like below:

Tier 1 – Survival Goods

Tier 2 – Essential Goods

Tier 3 – Metal Semi-Essential Goods

Tier 4 – Non-Essential: Tier 1 survival goods contain less than 5% artificial chemicals

Tier 5 – Non-Essential: Tier 2 essential goods contain less than 5% artificial chemicals

Tier 6 – Non-Essential: Tier 3 essential goods contain less than 5% artificial chemicals

Tier 7 – Non-Essential: Anything else contain more than 5% artificial chemicals

Service Untouchable

Tier 8 – Non-Essential Offline Services

Tier 9 – Non-Essential Online Services

Requirement:

– All nations who want to join must have “stable” politics & government, must become completely independent nation, do not rely on any other nation/politicial party like the EU.

– Must have their own national currency.

=> It would leads to the broken of the EU & all nations in the EU must become independent and have their own currency. It also leads to the reunion of the North Korea – South Korea, the Cyprus and others.

Rule of Trading:

– All nations can choose which tier/categories of goods and products they want to “play”. They can choose only import or both import/export, but only export option is not allowed.

– 1 tier 1 trading account, so each nation will have 9 different trading account.

– Having straight 9 years of trading deficit/negative then your trading account (of that tier) is stopped and not allow to import any more until the trade deficit reach 0.

– All must allow goods/products/services come in freely with the rate like the rule, but they can limit /restrict “marketing/promotions” on the soil land, so the “real good products” will survive without any kind of marketing.

– The environment tax rule will up to each nations but must apply to both domestic and foreign import products.

In order to easy to monitor then there should be some additional requirement to limited number of banks like:

– All nations must list bank name which allow the company/entity to trading goods through.

– Limited to 10 banks each nation (under 100 million poppulations).

– If nation have over 100 million people then bonus 2 more banks every 100 millions.

Example if your nation have 250 million people then total number of banks allow to join this system is 10 + 4 = 14 banks.

Apply to all physical goods & products from tier 1 to tier 7.

While tier 8, 9, you should allow all banks to “play”.

One fair point must be: 50% banks will base on the populality (total customers), and 50% will will be choice from each national Government.

Example: if 10 banks is your allowance then top 5 banks with the most customers will be AUTOMATIC allowed to join this “global trading game”, while 5 banks will be choice by your top administrator.

The number/total of banks will be choice from your Government with option start from 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 or above (if you have more people > 100 millions).

– Because of the international trading then you must transfer money through some kind of computer of the logistics (except tier 8, 9), so it is up to each nation to have their own monitor network.

Release Strategy

– The most important purpose now is save the environment so it is the best to release slowly from tier 1 to tier 9.

Example:

2020: Tier 1, Tier 8.

2022: Tier 2.

2024: Tier 3.

2026: Tier 4.

2028: Tier 5.

2030: Tier 6.

2032: Tier 7, Tier 9.

All nations who want to join must follow that same “entering game” timeline (total 12 years), so that you can track, checking goods/products easily and correctly. If you allow any kind of any government on Earth enter this massive global trading system, it is problably false. Just example how to defy, monitor products tier 1 vs tier 4 is not easy.

There must be some kind of fine if your nation allow FAKE products to enter other nation soil, example if your products tier 4 but you label and sell it as tier 1, then you will be warned, to fine to even ban from trading of that tier. Each nation/government must have their own strategy and own system to do that monitor/checking job => More jobs for everyone.

You must announce it globaly as soon as possible to everyone can prepare & discuss. If it cannot come from the West then it must come from the East, there is no other choice.

That is the main framework, in order to have “perfect fair”, you must ask question or tell the “loophole” if have.
