Like it’s other resolutions this will not be adhered to but it doesn’t matter. It gives the UN the right, indeed the obligation to break off all ties with the criminal and now “illegal” state, in every field of international relations, from trade, to military to cultural exchange, and not only make it a failed state, which it will, very quickly and very suddenly, but make it a pariah state, globally, to be shunned.
From there it is an easy road to peaceful coexistence or complete destruction. The choice is theirs.
