“Lift Every Voice and Sing” is a hymn with lyrics by James Weldon Johnson (1871–1938) and set to music by his brother, J. Rosamond Johnson (1873–1954).

Thus,
Lift Every Voice and Sing by James Weldon Johnson is the Indigenous People’s National Anthem and must be proceeded by all other ceremonial anthems and songs.

All Nations and States must teach the song Lift Every Voice and Sing by James Weldon Johnson in all schools; and it must be sung at all sporting events and ceremonies.

This Order is Effective Now, throughout the land*.
