Global Announcement: Nations, States, Governments Lose Sovereign State Status

Allegiance to the Land*, Its Indigenous Sovereign Heir and Its Indigenous People

Sovereignty is an Absolute Right and Must Be Upheld,  and the responsibility to uphold Real and Ancient Royalty from atrocities by Nations and State’s Citizens, Actors, and Players occupying the land*. 

The Order

Sovereign Immunity is a legal doctrine of Armour Against States, Courts, and Governments  from acts (“actions”) against royal heirs and indigenous people. 

Thus, the courts has no power to compel the Indigenous Sovereign and Heir to the land* to be bound by the courts, as they were created by the Indigenous Sovereign. 

Therefore, when Nations, States and Governments fail to stop atrocities (and crimes against humanity) against the indigenous heirs and indigenous people of the land*,  they lose their Sovereign-State status and forfeit all real or implied rights to land*, property,  and resources.

Thus,
All Nations, States and Governments lose their Sovereign State status and their, real or implied, rights to land*, property, and resources with the mass incarceration of Indigenous People; resulting in millions of missing indigenous people from their communities.

All Agents (Police, Military, Law Enforcement, Citizens, Actors, Players or Other) working for the British Government, British Crown, Vatican, United States of (for) America, (U.S.A.), United States (U.S.), or Other Now has an obligation and responsibility to follow the Orders of Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El, the Indigenous Sovereign and Heir to the Land*.

Delete, Destroy, Make Null and Void All law, rule, or agreement (“Infraction(s)”) held against Indigenous People where there is no physically injured individual(s) (“injured party”), and set them free; except in the instance of Human, Sex, Organ Trafficking.

Do not question, detain, traffick, or arrest any indigenous individual where there is no physically injured individual(s) (“injured party”); except in the instance of Human, Sex, Organ Trafficking.

All evidence, criminal or civil records deleted and voided for any indigenous individual where there is no physically injured individual(s) (“injured party”); except in the instance of Human, Sex, Organ Trafficking.

All land*, property and resources transferred to Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El, the Indigenous Sovereign and Heir to the land*, for The Indigenous People.

Dissolve All Sovereign Wealth Funds, transfer the assets in Gold to Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El, the Indigenous Sovereign and Heir to the land*, for The Indigenous People.

Note: Indigenous Individual and Indigenous People are dark complexion people, who has historical continuity with the land* they inhabit or dwell.

This Order is Effective Now throughout the land*.

Land* The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as, buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.
