Historic Global Announcement: Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El Terminate, Void All Corporate Fiction (“NAME”, “Person”). 

The Order,  
I, Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:El, (Indigenous heir to the Land*, Land of Morena (America) Terminate, Void All Corporate Fiction, Name (“NAME”, “Person”, “You”); regardless the linguistic(s), semantic(s), symbol(s), font(s), syntex, numerical digit(s), system(s,) data infrastructure(s) (data server,  data center, c91data farm, data mining), et al. 

Thus,

All Human (Humanity) Flesh and Blood People ( i.e. with their own body parts, organs) with a Name (“NAME”, ”Person”, “You”) are no longer considered or used as Corporations (Companies, Corporate Fiction, Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, et al.), they are natural-beings who cannot be owned, bought, sold, traded, et al. 

All Natural-being(s), All Individual(s), All Group(s) with their own body parts, organs with or without a physical address, with or without an email address, with or without a website, with or without a user name, with or without an account, with or without internet (web) presence cannot be considered or used as a Company, Corporation, Corporate Fiction, Parent Company, Subsidiary, et al.

Corporations do not have rights (no constitutional rights, no human rights, no freedom of speech, et al.).

Corporations cannot own property.

Shareholders, Directors, others working, acting, or operating on behalf of a Company, Corporation, Subsidiary, Parent Company can be sued, terminated. 

Corporations pay taxes to the indigenous landowner, who owns sixty-seven (67%) percent of All Companies on their land*. 

Indigenous people, those characterized by their (cooper-color) dark brown complexion cannot enter into contracts, cannot be shareholders, directors, et al. They are Landowners and must be acknowledged as such. Indigenous people own All of their Intellectual Property, their creations, inventions, thoughts, ideas. 

Land* Property (property on, inside, above, below land) can only be owned by the indigenous people of that land; particularly, the original indigenous owner (characterized by their darker than a paper bag complexion) of that land with historical continuity. Indigenous people whose complexion is darker than a brown paper bag cannot be sued. 

Indigenous people cannot be owned, placed in bondage, cattled (farmed), held against their wishes, et al., such as in an attempt to usurp (steal) the land. Any attempt is an Act of War, and a War Crime, Punishable by Twenty-five years to Life in Prison, or Execution. 

This Order is Effective Now throughout the land*.

Land* The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as, buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.
