Globally, and particularly in America there is a high mortality rate (and violence) towards Melaninated People (the negroid race), those with dark complexion (sometimes misnomered Black), from the Police. Caucasian Police use extreme force and violence when interacting with this group of people and too often it ends in death of the Melaninated People.

Caucasians are a very fearful group that sees threats where there is none such as in the case of Sonya Massey a Melaninated Woman. Sonya Massey called the Police suspecting a prowler in her home. Grayson,a Police Officer, upon finding no one in her home shot Sonya Massey in the face killing her because he felt threatened by a pot of boiling water on the stove.

This is just one of countless incidents were Caucasian Police Officers have killed Melaninated (negroid race) People (sometimes misnomered Black), were there was no weapon found and misunderstandings could have been resolved through conversation.

The Order,
Caucasian Police cannot respond to or engage with individuals of another racial group, they can only respond to or engage with individuals (or groups) of other Caucasians.

Thus,
Caucasian Police, Law Enforcement, Security Cannot Possess or Carry Any Lethal Weapons, Firearms, Guns, Rifles.

In addition, Police, Law Enforcement cannot have visible tattoos or body piecing other than ear. If they have tattoos (or piecing) that can be seen outside of their clothing or uniform they cannot hold law enforcement positions.
