Tesla Cybertruck test drive experience invites are being sent out
It appears that Tesla is starting its test drive program for the Cybertruck. This was hinted at in recent reports from several members of the electric vehicle community, several of whom included screenshots of Tesla invites about Cybertruck test drive experiences.
As could be seen in social media and forum posts from Tesla enthusiasts, the Cybertruck test drive experiences seem to be available in select locations across the United States, such as Westmont, Illinois, and Houston-Cypress, Texas. Those who are interested in experiencing the brutalist all-electric pickup truck for themselves are advised to fill up a form and RSVP for the event.

NEWS: Tesla is now offering Demo Drives of Cybertruck on an invite-only basis.
While you drive, you’ll be joined by a Tesla Advisor in the passenger seat to walk you through the experience.

Tesla’s webpage for its Cybertruck test drive experience further notes that those who are interested in the all-electric pickup truck should select their preferred time or date when they submit their RSVP. Tesla also noted that slots for the Cybertruck’s demo drive experience are limited, so only one driver would be allowed per RSVP appointment. Invites for the Cybertruck test drive experience are also non-transferable.
Test drives are one of the best ways for Tesla to show consumers exactly just how good its vehicles are. Considering how polarizing the Cybertruck has become, it would not be surprising if the vehicle’s test drive experiences end up encouraging more people to consider the all-electric pickup truck. The Cybertruck, after all, is a pickup truck unlike any other in the market today.
