What happens when a bill, HB 2793 is introduced with Plagiarized and Infringed information from my Unpublished Work on 5/12/1999 which is well documented and protected in 1998? Then when I sent a handwritten Cease and Desist on 6/10/2010 The Texas Citizens Participation Act was passed. I am asking that President Obama help me Protect my First Amendment Rights and Envoke my rights under the Eleventh Amendment of the Constitution of the United States to request that the State of Texas, Texas Sure, and all 36 States that implemented it’s policies CEASE AND DESIST and order them to file a .Petition For Temporary Restraining Order And Injunction To Enjoin Interference With Property Rights. Since I am not allowed in court. This is a sad day in Black History!! Lets turn it into a great Legacy. This is all being placed in The Circle Of INSURGARD Transparently Clear. #BLACKRIGHTSMATTER All I want is to be treated equally, to be recognized for my work and paid for it’s usage. But, all I get is my creation being used by the country by the passing of Unlawful Laws and it’s suppose to be ok!! It’s not and I truly believe in my heart that because I am black, disabled and unable to get into court. Some may feel I will go away are get discouraged. NEVER!! I am until my last breath committed to this fight for my rights.

I don’t know this situation may call for re-organization. The current structure may actually be damaging the leadership it depends upon for survival. It seems to me everybody should be motivated to get with me and create a dialogue for resolution.
But, when a member of a group becomes self-directing, hierarchies can be transformed and the situation organized in a more egalitarian way. Even when they are not qualified for the job and no one is watching. They can do whatever they want until they are caught.
The ideal solution is for each participant to become as self-directing as possible. This will actually be an evolutionary step in the group’s consciousness. Someone has to rise up and say this is wrong and we need to do everything in our power to assist this man, Because we all are morally responsible for everything they do. Whether we realized it at the time or not!!
Now, Governor Gregg Abbott acknowledges it happened and i needed to be paid.
