Nathan’s News readers usually stay pretty informed about what’s going on around town and in Columbia!
Whether it’s thru my monthly COMMUNITY UPDATE emails or by visiting this website site weekly, they get insight that the other media may not share. Readers also know that the “State House Website” can be a good resource as well for monitoring bills or committees.
If you’d like to know what bills became law during the 2nd year of our two-year session, you can see those here! You can also click here to see additional bills that became law after conference committees met since we adjourned and returned to pass the budget!
If you still have questions or can’t locate a bill of interest to you, please call my office (803) 734-2969 and talk with Beth. I’m not in the office while we’re away; but Beth will let me know you called and we will get an answer for you!
Speaking of being away from the office the next several months, you know I’m always available to speak to your neighborhood HOA meetings, church groups, or service groups! Again, call Beth and we will get you on my calendar!
Lastly, if there’s an issue important to you that you would like to see us consider in Columbia, let’s talk. Most of the bills I’ve passed into law have come DIRECTLY from talking with you, real-people, instead of listening to the “think tanks” or people outside our state who may not have YOUR best interests at heart!
