The Tunisian-born man was arrested for rape upon a minor American tourist who was walking with her parents on the Champs-Elysees in the 8th arrondissement of Paris during the night of Friday-Saturday, 17 August, according to our information.
Around 11:30 pm, the suspect, born in 2005, Ahmed O., slipped his hand under the dress of the victim, born in 2007, in attempting to put a finger in her anus, a police source indicated.
