GENERAL OUTLOOK

Tropical Cyclone Debby is expected to slowly move north across the South Carolina Coast tonight to near Fayetteville Thursday evening. Considerable rainfall is expected roughly along and east of Interstate 77 on Thursday and Thursday night. The remnants of Debby are expected to eventually move north of our area on Friday with drier high pressure spreading over the region in its wake through the weekend.
