Falun Gong Practitioners

Over the last three decades, the CCP has exploited real estate investment as a major driver for economic growth, known as “real estate speculation” (in Chinese it is 炒 房, literally means “stir-fry houses”, or “flip houses”). It is common for some CCP officials to hold several dozens of real estate properties as investments, just like how Americans hold stocks. Houses/condos are purchased for investments, not for live-in.  This is one reason why there are many ghost towns in China, towns with empty new skyscrapers/houses/commercial spaces.

This real estate speculation has spread outside of China. Since around 2005, a large number of Chinese investors formed “real estate stir-fry teams” and poured into America. For example, in Palo Alto, California, (because Chinese are especially in favor of Stanford University, also view Palo Alto as one of the best Feng-shui places in the San Francisco Bay Area), the realtors busily drove brand-new Mercedes vans to show Chinese real estate stir-fry teams around the town.  Those who came to visit are representatives of big investors (who are hiding behind the scenes in China), often missioned to buy a dozen or several dozens of houses in cash.  After purchasing the real estate, the Chinese investors would tear down the old house and build a brand-new one at the same site. This is why there are so many new houses in Palo Alto today.

This is also one reason why the real estate price has skyrocketed in many places in the United States, especially California and New York.  No matter how many new houses/condos are built, there never seems to be enough…

It is out of the same reason, the real estate price has skyrocketed in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. The young generation of Americans/Australians are almost hopeless to own any real estate with their own incomes.

Falun Gong practitioners have been working with American legislators to pass the Falun Gong Protection Act, which will sanction those CCP individuals involved in organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners and other groups. The sanctions include:

1. Blocking of the purchase of property in US

2. Ineligibility for visa, admissions into US, as well as any patrol into US as refuges

IN 2024, this bill was passed unanimously in house of representatives but halted in senate. This year, it is being re-introduced and voted to pass in house two weeks ago. Falun Gong practitioners are contacting senators and calling for their support.  American people need to know the groundbreaking effect of this bill: it is paving the way to hold the CCP individuals, including those at the very top, accountable for the genocide, bring these criminals to trials in international courts, and end the CCP.

American people need to urge their senators to co-sponsor and vote in favor of S. 817, the Falun Gong Protection Act.
