But that was in 2022. Now Democrats are reliant on judicial overreach to prevent the country from dramatically altering the disastrous course they had set us on. Consequently, she voted with her fellow moonbats KBJ and the self-described Wise Latina in favor of letting irresponsible political apparatchiks put on the bench by the likes of Biden and Obama paralyze the Trump Administration.
Unlike Justice Ketanji, Elena cannot plead cognitive disability. The only explanation for her vote on CASA is that she is an irresponsible political apparatchik herself.
