Fox News 11 caught a group of masked men and women unloading a truck full of plastic face shields branded “bionic shield.”
The man seen distributing tens of thousands of dollars worth of face shields in Los Angeles to rioters has been identified as Alejandro Orellana, a known member of the Brown Berets, a radical Latino paramilitary group that are currently embedded in cities across the United States.

PJM: Reporters also saw people handing out gas masks and other tactical paraphernalia.
FOX 11 reporters witnessed masked individuals handing out tactical gear to protest attendees.
No arrests were made at the scene, despite visible acts of vandalism and street interference.
The incident occurred near federal buildings as National Guard troops were stationed nearby.
Protesters also reported graffitiing, burning rubber, and preparing for clashes with police.
Despite the footage and mounting questions, officials have not provided clarity on key details surrounding the distribution or whether any investigation is underway.
Whether the individuals distributing riot gear were part of an activist group, coordinated effort, or acting independently.
Why local law enforcement did not intervene despite the obvious gear handout and escalating street activity.
If the gear handout is being investigated by federal, state, or local authorities.

LA RIOTS A REPEAT OF THE BERKELEY 60S RIOTS? What I saw when I got trapped in Dwinelle Hall during the riots was a crowd of older people (mid late twenties) throwing rocks at the Alameda County Police who were shaking their batons at the crowd. There were no rocks on campus. Hence the rioters brought them. Right then and there I decided both sides were out of their minds and that I would have nothing to do with either side. About 8 am one morning I could not get to my chem lab in Latimer Hall because the national guard standing shoulder to shoulder surrounded much of the campus. Fearing I would flunk chemistry for not attending class, I walked up to one of the guardsmen who immediately ordered me to halt whereupon I asked him for help to get to class and he told me I could approach the lab by going around via the back of the campus. There was a student in my dorm who often wore a flack jacket? Apparently he was shooting from the dorm at the national guard with a pellet gun? We were told to close and curtain all our windows and that those who didn’t do so would be in danger of a bullet fired through their window. Most of the police and students were fine. There were people implanted among both populations seeking to cause rioting. There were students in the dorm who would run out and bait the police to chase them back into the dorm to spread the rioting.
