Germany: Mohammad Given Probation For Torturing 13-Year-Old Victim For Hours on Camera
Despite 18-year-old Mohammad I. being found guilty of torturing and assaulting a 13-year-old boy, the convicted man will only receive probation for two years.
There is something horribly broken in the West.
Judge Rüdiger Baumann of the Dresden District Court condemned the act as “sadistic and inhumane,” noting the public outrage that the attack on the 13-year-old invoked.
According to the details of the case, Mohammad I. held the victim, identified as 13-year-old Tobi S., captive and forced another 13-year-old to film the horrific torture. Tobi’s name was changed to protect his identity.
In a German article it says he is training to be a nurse for seniors! Unbelievable!

The incident stemmed from prior verbal altercations between Tobi and other teenagers, including Mohammad I., in the border towns of Schmilka, Germany, and Hřensko, Czech Republic.
On Jan. 18, 2025, Mohammad I. ambushed Tobi, who was with another Syrian acquaintance in Hřensko, after Mohammad was informed in advance where Tobi would be from the Syrian. He grabbed Tobi’s phone and headphones, and then threatened him with a telescopic baton, firecrackers, and a taser purchased from a local store.
Mohammad I. then forced Tobi to kiss the ground and humiliate himself on camera, with the Syrian boy filming the entire event on Mohammad I.’s phone.
Tobi S. was forced to continuously insult himself on camera, with the torture and kidnapping lasting approximately three hours.
At one point, Tobi was forced to put his head in a trash can and lick the rim of the trash.
Mohammad I. then demanded €1,500 for the return of Tobi’s cell phone before releasing him to get the money.
During the trial at the Dresden District Court last week, Tobi S. testified against his tormentor in a closed session. Mohammad I., through his lawyer, read a confession and apologized, stating, “I know that was inhumane.”
The defendant, a nursing trainee with German citizenship who completed his secondary education in Germany, claimed to be facing financial difficulties.
Although he clearly has a foreign background, all of the crimes recorded in this case will be listed under “German” since he has German citizenship.
He was sentenced under juvenile law to two years’ probation, with additional requirements for restitution and therapy. He had already spent six months in pre-trial detention.
