Mind you, while threatening to go after “hate crime,” Mamdani voted for laws statewide that reclassified violent crimes like strangulation, aggravated vehicular homicide, several physical and sexual assault offenses as “non-violent” therefore not bail eligible crimes. He opposed every attempt to correct this.
