Iran regime forces are gang-raping imprisoned female protesters and then cutting out their uteruses to cover up the horrific torture – before shipping their lifeless bodies home to their families, according to a shocking new report. This is not new. During the last freedom uprising quashed by Obama in support of the mullahs, women (and men) were raped to death en masse in Iran’s notorious prisons most notably Evin.

The world stood by then, feigning ignorance. Just as they looked away when Hamas and Gazan Muslims (‘Palestinians’) [sic] committed unspeakable acts of sexual torture and violence on Israelis on October 7th.

There were and continued to be protests against the victims (the Jews) of the Islamic slaughter of October 7th. All the usual suspects – Muslims groups, womens group, left-wing groups who condemned Israel have been deafeningly silent about the horrors perpetrated against the victims of the Iranian massacre. No protests or college walk-outs. No UN condemnations. Nada, zero, zilch

Photos: NewsNation obtained images of a deceased female protester who was allegedly killed in a prison in Bojnord, a city in Northern Khorasan province in Iran.

An Iranian, who spoke to NewsNation on the condition of anonymity due to fear for their safety and was an eyewitness during the January massacre of protesters, said they mourn the thousands killed in the protests but are most fearful for those who are in the jails.

“I am most worried about the people who got arrested. They are raping men and women in jail. They are being raped every day by (a) group of police,” they said. “We are not people to them (the regime). People are getting raped in the jail every day.”

The Iranian accused police officers of torturing prisoners before killing them.An Iranian refugee who spoke to NewsNation under a condition of anonymity for fear of reprisal said, “All of us who were arrested in prison were subjected to gang rape by masked men, at gunpoint and under their mockery. They believe that because our beliefs are different from theirs, we are their sexual slaves and that they can rape us in any way they want.”

The refugee continued that some of the female bodies allegedly had their uteruses cut out in an attempt to conceal the militants’ alleged sexual crimes.

“Some of the women’s bodies that were returned to their families were missing their wombs so that the crimes could not be traced or investigated. To be honest, most families did not pursue the matter further in order to avoid even more suffering,” the refugee said.

Iranian police officers are gang-raping imprisoned female protesters and then cutting out their uteruses to cover up the horrific torture – before shipping their lifeless bodies home to their families, according to a shocking new report.

Prisoners suspected of participating in the nationwide anti-regime demonstrations that shook the nation last month are being terrorized, raped, and slaughtered daily by groups of militant police officers behind bars, an Iranian source told News Nation.

“I am most worried about the people who got arrested,” the source, who witnessed the massacre of protesters, said.

“They will hurt you. They will punch you. They will dig your nails out of your skin. They are biting them. The people who are arrested will not be fed. They are being killed by the government every day in jail.”

An Iranian refugee also told the outlet that they and others who were locked up were gang-raped at gunpoint by masked men and turned into “sexual slaves” who were mocked for their opposing beliefs.

Some female detainees were allegedly mutilated in an attempt to conceal the militants’ barbaric sexual abuse.

“Some of the women’s bodies that were returned to their families were missing their wombs so that the crimes could not be traced or investigated,” the refugee added.

One haunting photo obtained by the outlet showed the body of a woman imprisoned in Bojnord, with “clear signs of torture and trauma” when returned to her family 25 days later, the refugee said.

Shaghayegh Moradiannejad, an Iranian photographer who escaped the country with her family five years ago, pressed that torture has “always been the regime’s method.”

“During interrogations, they squeeze their breasts, use obscene and degrading language, and subject them to sexual abuse,” she told News Nation.
