SLEAZEBALL Eric Swalwell To Face Multiple Sexual Abuse Allegations By Shocking Number of Staffers, Former Employees

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Amid scrutiny of his massive $244,000 in childcare expenses charged to his campaigns, new allegations have emerged about liaisons with employees. A progressive activist says multiple “credible women,” including former staffers, are preparing to accuse Eric Swalwell of sexual harassment and abuse of power, alleging a pattern of misconduct and use of NDAs to silence them. The claims, led by Cheyenne Hunt of Gen Z for Change, are reportedly being compiled with legal support and could soon go public, potentially impacting his gubernatorial bid

We all remember the story of Fang Fang, the Chinese spy who allegedly approached Rep. Eric Swalwell when he was still a city council member in Dublin, CA. She allegedly helped with fundraising for his 2014 run for congress. In 2015, Swalwell got a tip from the FBI that Fang Fang was a spy and then cut off contact with her. Swalwell has repeatedly denied having any relationship with her beyond meeting her in a professional capacity. Today there is another story apparently coming together behind the scenes involving Swalwell and alleged sexual harassment involving multiple women. What takes this past the rumors stage is that the person highlighting these claims is a progressive attorney named Cheyenne Hunt who runs a site called Gen Z for Change. She is on Swalwell’s side of the aisle but says she found out about this issue because a personal friend came forward about it. She posted a video about it on Tik Tok which has since been re-posted on X. (John Sexton)

Eric Swalwell Will ‘Soon’ Face Sexual Harassment Allegations From Former Staffers, Left-Wing Activist Says

By: Chuck Ross, April 6, 2026:

Cheyenne Hunt, the head of liberal advocacy group Gen-Z for Change, said she is ‘personally working’ with ‘credible women’ who have privately detailed a ‘pattern of manipulation and abuse of power’

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D., Calif.) will “soon” face sexual harassment allegations from a number of “credible women,” including former staffers, according to the leader of the left-wing advocacy group Gen-Z for Change, who said she has been “personally working” with the women to expose a “pattern of manipulation and abuse of power.”

The group’s executive director, Cheyenne Hunt, detailed the impending allegations against Swalwell, who is running for governor of California, in a series of social media posts. Her original video was posted to Instagram in late March and cited a text from a woman who wrote, “You know Eric Swalwell has slept with many of his interns and makes them all sign NDAs so they don’t speak up, right? And when I was 19 he tried hitting on me and sliding into my DMs and I have so many other friends that have similar experiences with him.” Hunt said the message was “not an anomaly” but “part of a pattern.”

Hunt followed up in a video posted Sunday, titled “Why I Came Forward About Eric Swalwell.” She said she is “personally working with a group of women who want to come forward and share their stories” and is “also aware of a much larger group that is also in this process.” A “shocking” number of “credible” women came forward after Hunt posted her first video, she added. She did not respond to a request for comment.

“We have secured pro bono legal representation for them, and they are in the process of sharing their information with major outlets while ensuring that their legal and physical safety is protected,” Hunt said. “That process takes time, but the number of credible women who have come forward since I posted my first video is really shocking, and all of them moving forward together has greatly expedited the timeline of this whole process.” Hunt said she had “heard these rumors for years, going back to the time when I was working on the Hill,” and “started digging in” when a “close personal friend” privately detailed allegations against Swalwell.

“Many of these women have remained silent for so long because they believed that they were alone and that if they came forward, it would ruin their careers,” Hunt said. “It appears that others may have stayed silent because of a belief that non-disclosure agreements required them to keep this secret.” She said she is “confident this story will break soon.”

The allegations loom as Swalwell narrowly leads a crowded field of candidates in the closely watched California gubernatorial race. He has landed endorsements from prominent Democrats like Sens. Adam Schiff (Calif.) and Ruben Gallego (Ariz.) and from prominent labor unions like Service Employees International Union California. An Emerson College poll published in March found Swalwell leading the open primary with 17 percent of the vote, a 4-point lead over Republican commentator Steve Hilton and a 6-point lead over Democratic billionaire Tom Steyer.

Hunt acknowledged in her video on Sunday that the allegations “will have an impact on the California governor’s race.” She dismissed “any suggestions that we should refrain from talking about this or seeking justice for these women because it is not good ‘political strategy,’” saying, “I frankly refuse to dignify the idea with a response.”

Swalwell did not respond to a request for comment. Hunt said in a Monday X post that Swalwell follows her on social media and that she knows Swalwell’s team “is aware” of her posts.

“Yet, I have not been served with legal paperwork and I have not received a cease and desist,” she wrote. “The truth is an absolute defense and they know that.” Another Democratic strategist, Bhavik Lathia, called the allegations against Swalwell “real” and said there “is going to be a lot more coming out soon.”

“Take it seriously. Eric Swallwell [sic] cannot be our nominee,” he wrote.

Hunt, an attorney, interned for Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.) in 2020 before working as a “Big Tech Accountability Advocate” for the left-wing nonprofit Public Citizen. She became Gen-Z for Change’s executive director in May 2025; the group launched during the 2020 election as “TikTok for Biden” before rebranding to its current name and criticizing the Biden administration from the left on climate change and foreign policy.

The new allegations aren’t the only potential source of embarrassment for the 45-year-old Swalwell.

The Trump administration is reportedly considering releasing an intelligence report about Swalwell’s relationship with Chinese spy Christine Fang, also known as “Fang Fang.” Fang cozied up to Swalwell when he served on the Dublin, Calif., city council and maintained ties to Swalwell through at least 2015, three years after he was elected to Congress. Swalwell hired an associate of Fang’s to work in his office as an intern.

Swalwell’s critics have alleged that he maintained a sexual relationship with Fang. According to reports, Fang seduced local politicians from other cities as part of her covert duties for China.

Secret link between Eric Swalwell, his billionaire pal and a Penthouse Pet accused of honey trapping rich old men

By Josh Koehn and Benjamin Brown, NY Post, April 5, 2026

Stephen Cloobeck, an eccentric, lefty billionaire who’s burned more than $1 million supporting Rep. Eric Swalwell’s run for California governor, is engaged to a Penthouse Pet and Israeli OnlyFans model who’s facing a string of criminal charges for allegedly burglarizing the homes of rich old men in Los Angeles.

The Post can reveal that Swalwell’s campaign benefactor recently became engaged to Adva Lavie, who also goes by the name Shoshana and has been accused of posing as a romantic partner or travel companion before stealing cash, gold, and high-end designer goods.

In an exclusive interview, Cloobeck told The Post that his new fiancée – whom he started dating just eight months ago – is not a “menace to society” but rather a victim like himself.

“The story is twisted. Her story has not been told,” Cloobeck said.

“She has been abused. I’m a man that has been abused by women. You don’t think I’ve done my homework?”

Rep. Eric Swalwell has also benefited from his close relationship with eccentric billionaire Stephen Cloobeck.

A luxury real estate listing for the home notes that it is “double gated,” presumably to keep criminals out. But it now appears the full house has also included a woman with an ankle monitor.

Prosecutors allege that between 2023 and 2025, Lavie used dating apps to cultivate relationships with wealthy older men and younger women across Los Angeles County, including in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

District Attorney Nathan Hochman said Lavie “exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims’ homes and steal from them.”

“I’m very disappointed my dear friend Nathan Hochman, and my lawyer David Hochman, did not tell me she’s a menace to society,” Cloobeck told the Post.

“Many politicians have met her.”

Swalwell also seems to be on friendly terms with Cloobeck’s alleged honey-trapper fiancée, with congressman following her on Instagram. He’s also spent extended time at Cloobeck’s 9,700-square-foot mansion, raising questions about whether he actually has a residency in California.

Neighbors in Livermore, where Swalwell claims residency, told The Post they’ve never seen the congressman.

“Eric told me when I met her, because he’s a prosecutor: ‘Do your homework, Stephen,’” Cloobeck told The Post, adding that he did a “deep, deep, deep dive.”

Cloobeck posted an Instagram video last month showing himself turning around in a crowded room while holding a microphone and saying: “Shoshana, would you be my wife?” Through a squinted smile she said “yes” to Cloobeck before repeating the word in Hebrew.

The couple are planning to get married on June 18 near the Western Wall in Jerusalem, Cloobeck told The Post in a text message.

Cloobeck said his fiancée was involved in the dark underbelly of Los Angeles society, where rich men pay hundreds of dollars to women to join them at dinner.

The expectation is at least one of the women will then go home with the man.

“These predators think they get something for it,” Cloobeck said. “It’s gross, it’s disgusting.”

“I never even knew this world existed. There is this whole underbelly of this craziness.”

Detective Angela Lopez, who investigated Lavie’s case, told the Post that the alleged honeytrapper committed crimes against eight victims and showed no remorse.

If convicted on all counts, Lavie faces up to 11 years and eight months in state prison. Lavie has previously pleaded not guilty on all charges.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office put out a picture of Adva Lavie last fall before she was arrested.
Cloobeck, who declined to say if he is paying for his fiancée’s lawyers, suggested the defense will note the trauma Lavie has experienced, from being raped at age 17 to being abused by her father.

“It’s a story of abuse, and a story of a woman being accused by an obsessed elderly man,” Cloobeck said. “And believe me, I was so cautious.”

Chanse Corbi, a social media influencer who appeared on season four of “Love Island USA,” called out Lavie in two TikTok videos this month, saying she stole clothes, purses, and money from her and others.

“I know so many people who have been personally affected, including myself, by this girl,” Corbi said.

“Did this guy not do any background research on her? Did he not look her up at all?”

Corbi added, “Billionaires are smart; they don’t just let people con them out of their money. So, either he really just didn’t know, and that’s kind of dumb, or he knew and just didn’t care, which is even worse.”

Lavie’s newly discovered relationship with Cloobeck and Swalwell adds another layer of intrigue.

Cloobeck, the founder of Diamond Resorts and a multiple guest star on the TV show “Undercover Boss,” not only gave Swalwell’s gubernatorial campaign a max contribution of $39,200, but he also threw $1 million into an independent committee supporting Swalwell.

“I’m the one who convinced him to get into the race,” Cloobeck told The Post.

Beyond campaign support, Swalwell reported last year that Cloobeck gifted him a $31,000 trip to France.
Swalwell’s campaign did not respond to The Post’s emailed questions about the congressman’s relationship with Cloobeck and his fiancée.

As for the pending nuptials, Cloobeck’s dating history suggests the billionaire’s engagement to an alleged honeytrapper may not end well.

He is divorced and has had multiple relationships in recent years that ended with lawsuits.

After just eight months of dating Lavie, Cloobeck thinks this time will be different.

“I don’t think anything’s [moving] fast,” Cloobeck said. “Guess what, I have a life to lead.”

In an interview with the San Francisco Standard last year, Cloobeck said that he’d previously been the “victim of a cunning serial fraudster.” He now seems content to once again be playing a dicey game of relationship roulette.
