DOJ Antisemitism Task Force Chair Leo Terrell Urges NYC Action after Brooklyn Assault on Jews

Leo Terrell urging the authorities in New York City to take action against Muslim mobs harassing Jews is a waste of time. Under the evil and vicious Jew-hating Mayor Zohran Mamdani, it is now open season on New York City’s Jewish residents. The Trump Administration will need to take significant action to protect New York City’s Jewish community since Mamdani clearly wont. The protesters who marched through a Jewish neighborhood in Brooklyn need to be prosecuted. As should the organizations who are very likely funding these violent protests.

NY Post: The US Justice Department on Tuesday threatened to slap possible federal charges against protesters at an anti-Israel rally outside a Brooklyn center where a Jewish woman and an Orthodox boy were attacked.

“We are aware of this situation last night and are working with our colleagues in NYC to collect evidence and analyze potential charges,” wrote Harmeet Dhillon, assistant US Attorney for civil rights, on X.

The feds’ involvement comes after anti-Israeli demonstrators — including at least one waving a terrorist Hezbollah flag — viciously clashed with Jewish protesters Monday night outside the Young Israel Senior Services of Midwood, which was holding an event promoting real estate in Israel and the West Bank.

Leo Terrell, chair of the U.S. Justice Department’s task force on Jew-hatred, called on New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani to take action following a protest outside the Young Israel of Midwood in Brooklyn on Monday night that led to four arrests.

Terrell criticized city leadership over what he described as insufficient enforcement following incidents targeting Jewish New Yorkers.
