Germany: Kurdish Family Feud: One Dead One Wounded

On Tuesday afternoon, shots were fired in Nienburg. One person has died, another is seriously injured. According to a media report, the cause points to a conflict that has been smoldering for years.

According to information from BILD, it reportedly involves two large Kurdish families who have been fueding for years and who are repeatedly in court against each other. There have also been repeated mass brawls in recent years.
The victim was supposed to appear before the Verden Regional Court on Tuesday for aggravated assault. According to Die Harke, he is an entrepreneur from the Nienburg city area.
