Austin shooting spree: 17-year-old suspect charged with 6 felonies
The 17-year-old connected to the shooting spree that took place across Austin this past weekend had his first court appearance Tuesday.
The backstory:
17-year-old Cristian Mondragon has been charged with six felonies. The charges include: (snip)In court, it was revealed Mondragon is not a U.S. citizen and currently has an ICE hold.
He was also on probation through the juvenile justice system and has a juvenile detainer. (snip)
Authorities said the 17-year-old, Cristian Mondragon-Fajardo, had an active warrant for stealing a firearm from the same store where the 15-year-old allegedly stole another gun Saturday. Investigators believe the suspects stole more than four vehicles during the spree and may have switched vehicles multiple times.
So, an illegal who should have already been deported for being a criminal. Can’t wait for more news that shows he came in during the Biden years and is a gang member who should never have been let in to start with (beyond being an illegal, of course).
Unsurprisingly, there are only 3 stories, all locals including the above, on Google news for the past 24 hours that mention he’s an illegal. There is nothing at CNN, NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc and so on about the Austin shooting for days, and certainly not the kids’ name or that he’s an illegal. They essentially memory-holed the story when it looked like the shooters could be illegals and they couldn’t use the narrative of “guns bad”.
