Europe Is No Longer Free

We pick up a large percentage of the tab for Europe’s defense, freeing up money to finance the lavish welfare states that have drawn so many millions of moochers from the Third World. Supposedly we do this to defend freedom. But having succumbed to moonbattery, is Europe still free?

Not Germany. Via the European Conservative:

German director Uwe Boll’s latest film about a man who turns to vigilantism after becoming frustrated by rising street crime has been effectively barred from release in Germany. According to Boll, the ban is linked to the film’s portrayal of migrants as perpetrators of serious crimes.

Crime in Germany is disproportionately committed by migrants. But that’s in real life. Fiction must represent the alternate world of the ruling class’s suicidal ideology.

Not Italy. Remix News reports what happened when a banner was unfurled that read, “Italy for Italians”:

The banner was hung from a window of Liceo Classico Vincenzo Monti on June 6 by a group of graduating students. Following a police investigation, those responsible were identified and subjected to disciplinary measures by the school’s governing body, Il Giornale reported.

Not France. European Conservative reports on the trial of French activist and online commentator Thaïs d’Escufon:

The case stems from statements she made on BFM TV in 2023, during a discussion about a rape involving an illegal immigrant. d’Escufon, who was herself the victim of a home invasion and sexual assault two years earlier at the hands of a Tunisian migrant, said during the segment that “The main danger for women is immigrant men, Africans, blacks, and Arabs.”

This is indisputably true, which is why she is not allowed to say it.

DILCRAH (the Interministerial Delegation to Fight Against Racism, Antisemitism, and Anti-LGBT Hate) filed a complaint after that TV appearance, leading to prosecution. …

Prosecutors have requested a sentence of up to one year in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros for “incitement to racial hatred.”

The sentence has come down. She wound up with a €1,000 fine.

This is not authorities’ first attempt to shut her up:

d’Escufon described her six years of activism as marked by media controversy, account suspensions, legal proceedings, and what she sees as systematic efforts to silence dissenting opinions. “Freedom of expression doesn’t exist,” she said.

She came to public attention as a spokesperson for Génération Identitaire — which Macron shut down as a supposed threat to public order because it opposed the Great Replacement.

Social media platforms repeatedly suspended her accounts, eventually removing her from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other mainstream networks.

D’Escufon said multiple banks also refused to provide her with banking services, without giving any clear explanations.

There have been previous legal repercussions:

She has already received a six-month suspended prison sentence and a €3,000 fine in one case, while continuing to pursue appeals through the courts.

Doesn’t look much like this spunky countermoonbat is ready to throw in the towel:

Those in control suppress free speech so as to stall resistance until it is too late to prevent the demographic displacement of the native population. Many rulers have come to power in Europe over the centuries, but this is the first ruling class to pose an existential threat to European civilization, which will no longer exist when Europe is no longer primarily populated by Europeans.

By paying to defend Europe, the USA is helping to destroy it. Rather than provide military defense, it would be more productive to support voices of freedom like Thaïs d’Escufon’s before they are snuffed out.
