LANDMARK: Supreme Court Defends Girls’ Sports From Male Competition, Crushes Trans Ideology in Girls’ Sports Case

his morning, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered a historic 6-3 victory in West Virginia v. B.P.J., upholding the right of states to protect girls’ sports by limiting participation based on biological sex.

This ruling marks the culmination of years in which female athletes were forced to compete against biological males on the track, in the pool, on the field, in training facilities, and in locker rooms.

The Court has taken a decisive step toward restoring fairness by reaffirming that sex-based categories exist to protect women and girls. Female athletes deserve competition on a level playing field and private spaces reserved for women—not policies that erase those distinctions.

For years, girls have paid the price for a radical ideological experiment. Many lost championships, records, scholarships, and opportunities. Others endured intimidation, public vilification, and injuries simply for defending the integrity of women’s sports.

History will not judge this era kindly. It will be remembered as a time when ideology eclipsed common sense and the rights of girls were subordinated to political activism. Today’s decision begins to correct that injustice.

More than half the states have already enacted protections for girls’ sports. The rest of the country should follow. This is a landmark victory for fairness, common sense, and the rights of America’s female athletes.
