Top ghostly images of 2013

This year there have been a lot of spirit photos that were shared on the internet. One question is always wondered when photos like these are presented. Are the photos real or fake?

With today’s sophisticated graphic design computer programs, ghosts can easily be edited into any image with digital photo manipulation. Even cellular telephones now have applications that can add ghostly effects to any photo taken.

The photos that appear in this list were taken in various locations throughout the United States and in Canada.

A woman in Texas got a strange surprise in April after reviewing a photo that she tried to take of her nephew on her cell phone. She noticed what appeared to be a ghost of a man in the image. Read more

An Illinois woman noticed a ghostly figure in one of her Facebook photos recently. Angel Moore took a self-portrait of herself for her Facebook page and after uploading it she noticed an odd figure in the mirror that seemed to be hovering over her. Read more

A Michigan woman found an unexpected guest in a photo that she took of herself recently. Sandy Cholette snapped a photo of herself standing in front of a mirror to show a friend the tattoos on her back. In the photo, Cholette is seen holding her cell phone and in the reflection of the phone’s screen, a ghostly face can be seen. Read more
