INITIAL BRIEFING:

Date to be There: 10/16/2026

Time to be There: 2pm Pacific

Client: Marie

Case #91B699M56389

Location of the Investigation: 1B27P54 Herringbone Way, Rancho Cordova, CA

What is Required: Paranormal Investigation, Roman Catholic House Blessing.

When I arrived, I was greeted by 3 women, they were Maria, Eileen and u/i woman. I learn that 4 women live at this residence and one of the women was not there for the investigation. The women gave me a briefing on the paranormal activity that happens at this house. The entity sits on the bed and the impression of where the entity is sitting is imprinted on the bed. Disembodied footsteps are heard walking down the hallway. Orbs are caught on the smartphone cameras. One orb picture, the orb has a huge string of light attached to it. Maria’s daughter’s fiancee’s mother passed away recently and the ghost could be the fiancee’s mother. Disembodied voices are sometimes heard, objects in the house sometimes move on their own.

INVESTIGATION:

I did a EVP sweep of the house. I captured no EVPs on the 2nd floor. I captured 2 EVPs in Eileen’s room. The first EVP sounded like a mechanical squeech and the 2nd EVP was a man’s whispery voice that says “here”. I do not see any photographic anomalies in my videos and pictures. I conducted a Roman Catholic House Blessing with Maria, then with Eileen. I gave Maria blessed candles, sage, that was given to her by Deanna Jaxine Stinson. After the house blessing, gave all 3 women a hug of reassurance that the entity is now gone and went into the light.
