An unlawful, unconstitutional US Joint Resolution for the acquisition of Hawaii was passed by the US Congress in July 1898. There was never a Treaty signed, nor Act passed to acquire the Hawaiian Islands.

The US is a foreign country to the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation, yet the US illegally taxes Hawaiians.

There is 170,000 metric tons of Gold sitting in the Bank of Hawaii that cannot be used by any government entity until the Kingdom Nation is returned properly to The People. The US federal government cannot touch the Kingdom of Hawaii’s gold.

The Deep State Cabal wanted to make the Native Hawaiian Capitol of Lahaina into a SMART city, so on August 8, 2023 at 6:37 a.m Chinese Communist Party NORAD 555836 Direct Energy Weapon Lazers burned Lahaina Maui to the ground.

The resulting fires on Lahaina and Kula were the most devastating mass casualty events in the Hawaii State history: 2,700+ Structures destroyed; 97 confirmed dead; 1,000+ still missing/ unconfirmed deceased; 4,000+ people originally dislocated, with over 3,000 still displaced over a year later.

Every day since the Kingdom of AKUA Foundation Native Hawaiian Volunteers have been supplying three meals a day and support to their now over 3,000 still-displaced fellow victims. The Deep State Cabal Red Cross has cut funding for those victims.

We also ask President Trump, US Congress and the American people to please support the victims of the Kula and Lahaina Fires on Maui. Only three homes out of 2,000 homes destroyed have been rebuilt since 2023. A year and a half later more than 3,000 victims are still residing in hotels and makeshift houses while the majority of the homeless population was still living on beaches.

This is a request for the United States to recognize the Sovereign Kingdom of Hawaii Nation.

An unlawful, unconstitutional US Joint Resolution for the acquisition of Hawaii was passed by the US Congress in July 1898.

At that time and still true as of now, it would be impossible for the US to gain acquisition of Hawaii because there was never a Treaty signed, nor Act passed to acquire Hawaii.

The US is a foreign country to the Kingdom of Hawaii Nation, yet the US illegally taxes Hawaiians. The US federal government cannot touch the Kingdom of Hawaii’s gold.

In other words, Hawaii has never been, nor was it now, a part of the US and under International Law the Kingdom of Hawaii still exists.

The below video shows research and proof that the Hawaiian Kingdom’s 170,000 tons of gold is sitting in limbo until the illegal occupation of U.S. Military returns the Kingdom of the Hawaiian Islands back to the rightful Kanaka Maoli, the true identity of the Hawaiian People.

That gold cannot be returned to any self proclaimed Hawaii monarch because our last Queen Liliuokalani died without an heir. Today, Wed. 29 Jan. 2025 a few of us attended Franklin / Hampshire County Juvenile Court, 43 Hope Street, Greenfield, MA, to witness what was suspected to be covert operations of a Major Child Trafficking Operation running out of Franklin County, Massachusetts – with Public Officials colluding with each other:

Namely:

- Franklin County Sheriff’s Office
- Franklin County Jail “Guards” threaten Inmates of children Being Abducted; claiming: “something BAD Will Happen to you if you don’t Keep Your Mouth Shut”). Also Note: Those who speak negatively about Incarcerated Pedophiles are Punished by being Sent to the HOLE.
- Franklin County Police Departments (namely ATHOL Police Department)
- Judge Charles S. Belsky
- Magistrate Kathleen K. Sinoski (sp?)
- Clerks of Court
- Attorney Berk Winslow
- Attorney Linda Sheff (and several other attorneys)

MOST DISTURBING: Franklin / Hampshire County Juvenile Court Website (listing Judge’s Names) seems to be Off The Radar (why?)

Ever since this morning’s Court Hearing, ATHOL POLICE men along with DCF have been surrounding the Home (multiple times) where mother and grandparents live while Yelling and Banging On The Door. The children are Terrified! Mother and Grandparents Do Not Consent To Having multiple children abducted by ATHOL POLICE men and DCF.

Today there was a line of parents who had already lost their children to DCF awaiting their turn for their covert hearings. After they entered the courtroom, the double doors were Locked during each covert hearing.  NOTE: Witnesses were FORBIDDEN To Enter.

Just prior to each hearing, parents receive a Preliminary Hearing, ordering them to appear before the Juvenile Court, and ordered to bring their children with them for “Custody” or “Disposition Of Children.”  Mind you, there was ZERO Evidence of Neglect or Abuse in the Case, we  involved ourselves with today.

The way this child trafficking machine works: Shortly AFTER Franklin County Police falsely arrest Political prisoners (Fathers of Children) into the Franklin County Jail;  DCF/CPS Launches a Child Custody Case, while Weaponizing the Juvenile County Court to Issue a PROTECTION ORDER (First-Hand Evidence From An Incarcerated Individual Who Witnessed These Men Begging for Help).

Crimes Against Children while in Massachusetts DCF/CPS Custody are as follows:

    I won’t believe it until I see the Hawaiian King take back the islands with his royal army overpowering the US Forces positioned there. Until that happens, I really don’t think that Trump will capitulate to this threat.
