Judy Note: Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter was in critical condition at the Dayton Ohio Children’s Hospital as a result of an untreated head concussion, when Ohio Child Protective Services (CPS) workers kidnapped her from the hospital around one am Sat. morning 16 Nov. 2024.

The sixteen year old just had a Cat Scan for a bleeding head concussion and was ordered by her doctor to stay overnight for observation. For the past nine days since a beating incident her Ohio CPS workers had not only refused her medical care (Mom Jeannine Jarrick, was finally able to make arrangements to get her daughter to a hospital because CPS wouldn’t), but they ignored the doctor’s orders, took away the teen’s cell phone and then all vanished into the night.

Eight months later as of Tues. 29 July 2025 Kaitlynn was still missing. She was known to be safe, but without the ability to seek medical care for her numerous and serious injuries sustained during six years of Foster Care.

Kaitlynn had been in unwarranted Foster Care since age 11 – having been placed there because she was being home schooled – yet she had received very little schooling for those last six years and what she did get was via a computer – not in a classroom – the very reason she was placed in Foster Care.

While in Foster Care she received numerous beatings, was put in a multitude of placements due to running away from sexual and physical abusive situations, plus lost 60 pounds in one year from a deliberate and planned-by-CPS starvation diet in a Ohio Foster Care so-called home.

Not surprisingly, she had attempted suicide several times. She just wanted to go home to her loving family and pets.

As for her last beating on Wed. 6 Nov 2024 at the Dimensional Phases Group Home, Kaitlynn maintained that attendants had not only observed and encouraged the abuse, but had egged on the abuser. Kaitlynn wanted to file charges. The workers didn’t like that idea.

There were other very important reasons why Ohio CPS didn’t want Kaitlynn to file against them, nor give court testimony. Long ago the bright and outspoken Kaitlynn realized she was being groomed for entry into a Child Sex Trafficking Ring – as were her fellow teenagers in Ohio group homes.

Kaitlynn’s mom Jeannine Jarrick, also has been badly abused, even tortured, by Ohio government employees during Kaitlynn’s ordeal. There have been 3 ½ years of false charges filed against her (all proven to have no merit). She has been put in jail and endured six months of lockup in a mental health facility – all to make sure she could not file affidavits to get the court to release Kaitlynn from Ohio Foster Care Prison. That’s a whole other story that would take time to tell.

Ms. Jarrick claimed, “Without any authority to do so Judge David Padden kept me locked up and drugged up in that psychiatric ward for six months, until the process of stealing Kaitlynn was completed. When I was finally ordered to be released from that psychiatric torture by Judge Padden, it was because Judge Bennett and Guernsey County Ohio CPS Executive Director Nicole Caldwell had accomplished what they set out to do: they had terminated my parental rights and granted custody of Kaitlynn to the state of Ohio.”

Kaitlynn’s latest beating was ten days earlier to her hospitalization on Wed. 6 Nov 2024 by another resident of the Ohio CPS Dimensional Phases Group Home 45 Oxford Avenue Dayton, OH 45402. She received severe multiple bruises and a head concussion (that have been fully documented, pictures, affidavits and all), but she was never treated for her multiple injuries, nor given a many times requested Cat Scan until her mother demanded it nine days later.

Then in the middle of the night, Kaitlynn and her abusers, disappeared.

It would be over two weeks until Kaitlynn found a way to run away from her captors and seek her own hiding place. Now not even her mother knew where she was. Eight months later she remained in hiding and unable to seek medical care. Kaitlynn’s name was on the Ohio NCIC watch – where all police systems have a watch for her. Ohio CPS was still actively trying to find her. They have threatened Ms. Jarrick even though the teen should have been released from Foster Care prison as per a court order mom pushed through a year ago.

Because of her situation the teen has been unable to access medical care for serious injuries received during her six year unwarranted Foster Care confinement. She has suffered various untreated concussions over the years. She can’t see past six feet ahead of her and needs long overdue eye surgery. Even before this last injury she complained of dizziness and headaches. CPS has never allowed her medical checkups or treatment. She was forced to have a birth control chip implanted and then was raped. She has a crippled finger from a beating and because CPS refused her medical treatment, it has resulted in a permanent condition.

Guernsey County Ohio CPS Executive Director Nicole Caldwell would not allow Jeannine Larrick to get Kaitlynn medical care, repeatedly refused Kaitlynn permission to even call her mother and refused Kaitlynn permission to file court documents as to her abuse.

Throughout these long years since age 11 Kaitlynn has begged to go home to her protective mother and grandmother. The Ohio CPS System has made no effort to go there.

Jeannine filed complaints with the sheriff and Juvenile Court – that have been ignored by both. Larrick has compiled evidence, pictures and affidavits of Kaitlynn’s abuse, but repeatedly has been denied court hearings on her daughter’s critical situation.

Though finally last year, one court ruled that the reason for her original placement in foster care was not valid (she was being home schooled). However, Kaitlynn has yet to be released from her torture prison.

Why? It is my opinion that like other youths in Ohio Foster Care, it’s very likely that long ago Kaitlynn had been forced into a tortuous CIA mind control program designed to groom her for entry into a Child Sex Trafficking Ring. Kaitlynn and her mom were preparing court papers to be filed when the last beating took place. The corrosive Ohio Foster Care and Juvenile Court systems couldn’t afford to have their crimes discovered and were controlling Kaitlynn any way they could.

What’s even worse, thousands of traumatized youth appeared to be trapped in the abusive Ohio Foster Care System that was suspected to be feeding an international Child Sex Trafficking Ring supported by our own government and CIA.

If you see the following message on your Telegram or any other account, please realize it was likely a Scam: “You’ve been selected for early access to activate your QFS Card—a symbol of unity and financial empowerment. Due to overwhelming demand, we’re offering this exclusive opportunity to activate your card and unlock your reserved benefits immediately. Your QFS Card is verified, and your funds are ready for release!”

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam.
