Detective Bill Patterson & 5 other officers made the arrest. They arrested Jeannine while outside on her own property of 37 acres, then they entered her house, searching for Kaitlynn, found her and arrested Kaitlynn as well. We cannot find Kaitlynn and do not know right now where they’ve taken her.

Charge listed as Probation Violation (see attached) although we are not aware of any probation that Jeannine was on since 2021.

 

We called the Guernsey County Jail at 10:20 PM and spoke to a Correction Officer on duty named Tim Reasoner

 

Officer Tim Reasoner stated that she is on a 48 hour felony hold but did not know what the felony was that Jeannine committed. Officer Tim Reasoner stated that we would have to call tomorrow and speak to the detectives to see what felony they were going to charge her with. NO BOND right now.

 

Attached also are just a few photos of the severe physical abuse that Kaitlynn has had to suffer in the care of the State of Ohio, who now again have custody of her, as of this evening.

 

FYI … while unlawfully in their custody, the state of Ohio LOST THIS CHILD 3X. Kaitlynn has had to run for her life to protect herself from the severe physical and psychological abuse she has been forced to live within the foster homes and group homes in which the state of Ohio placed her in throughout the years.

 

For anyone who is unaware, a few years ago Jeannine was assaulted by officers in her own home and her 2 children were stolen by Guernsey County CPS. It all started because Jeannine chose to home school her children. The story is detailed here, including the police bodycam video of the horrific assault by Guernsey County Sheriffs Deputies and the trauma filled abduction of her children by CPS:

Judy Note: Below are articles that give a background to the cases showing Kaitlynn’s extreme abuse, beatings and rape while in foster care. She was placed in CPS care because she was being home schooled, yet never received proper schooling while in foster care.

Judy Note: Below is an article I wrote back on Sun. 17 Nov. 2024, the last time I had contact with Kaitlynn. She later escaped from her foster care prison (where she received no medical treatment) and has been in hiding ever since.

Ohio Foster Child Kaitlynn Hunter remains in critical condition with untreated injuries from a beating twelve days ago. Her whereabouts are unknown to anyone but her Ohio Child Protective Services workers and Dayton police who took her from the Dayton Childrens Hospital in the middle of the night last Sat. 16 Nov. 2024 where she was under observation for a head injury.

·        It is strongly felt that Kaitlynn’s life was in danger. As of Thurs. 21 Nov. 2024 Kaitlynn has gone fifteen days without medical treatment for serious injuries including a brain concussion suffered in a beating on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024.

·        Kaitlynn claims another resident beat her while caretakers at the Dayton Dimensional Phases Group Home (under contract with CPS) where she resided not only encouraged the beating and sat by while it happened, but also egged it on.

·        CPS took away her phone and took her to an unknown location. At the time of the abduction Kaitlynn overheard CPS workers say they were thinking of taking her out of state, perhaps to Indiana.

·        Kaitlynn is presently in critical condition, suffering head trauma, continuous pressure on her brain, pain and needle feelings in her skull, has a brain fluid leak, two knots on her skull, has trouble pronouncing, can’t spell and slurs words; is highly agitated; left eye has turned brown; for the past several years she has suffered Dissociation as a result of past trauma such as being starved for a year where she lost 60 pounds and denied prescribed nutrition to regain her health. Eyes have been dilating for the past few years as a result of past beatings. She is in need of an eye operation from a prior beating months ago. She has been without her clothes, schooling and glasses since last Sept. She has been raped and abused throughout her six year stay in Ohio Foster Care and has tried to commit suicide several times. All the while she has been denied contact, or was only able to have little contact with her one support person, her mother Jeannine Jarrick.

·        A critically ill Kaitlynn Hunter is being held by the Ohio Child Protective Services in an unknown location without the ability to contact anyone for help. That alone could be considered psychological torture.

·        CPS also took away her phone, even though several days ago she was told by a Protective Services Worker she could have her phone for such an emergency.

·        Ohio CPS haven’t allowed her contact with her mother Jeannine Larrick since the beating incident on Wed. 6 Nov. 2024.

·        One would wonder why? The answer could be that Kaitlynn’s mother Ms. Larrick has mounds of evidence as to Kaitlynn’s torture and abuse over the last six years Kaitlynn has been in Foster Care, plus has evidence of torture, starvation and abuse of other youths in the Ohio Foster Care system. ·        Kaitlynn was to be a court witness to CPS abuse of herself and other youth in the Ohio Foster Care System – which was strongly suspected to be running a Child Sex Trafficking Ring. CPS appears to be trying to prevent Kaitlynn from testifying against them.

·        The now 16 year-old was placed in Ohio Foster Care at age 11 because her mother Jeannine Jarrick was homeschooling her. Ms. Larrick has been fighting the court system and CPS ever since to get her back.

·        After my readers badgered Ohio authorities for several days, CPS finally took Kaitlynn to the Dayton Childrens Hospital for a CAT Scan and diagnosis, which she had twice been denied over the past nine days since the beating.

·        Jessica Barnes, who works at the Dimensional Phases Group Home where Kaitlynn was beaten said that in the early morning hours of Sat. 9 Nov. 2024 when Kaitlynn was at the Dayton Children’s Hospital, the Dayton Police and Guernsey County Child Protective Services forced their way into the Dimensional Phases Group Home without a warrant and demanded Kaitlynn’s things, which they then removed from the home.

·        It was around one am on that same Sat. morning 16 Nov. 2024 when those same police and CPS workers suddenly showed up at the Dayton Children’s Hospital and took Kaitlynn. She was in the hospital for a CAT scan, diagnosis and treatment and was to be observed overnight.

·        CPS claimed they had no medical records on her and as a result she suffered an allergic reaction to medication in the hospital – that was only understood after the mother Jeannine Jarrick told them of her past medical history. Ms. Larrick was denied information as to her present medical condition and has not been allowed to talk to Kaitlynn since the beating incident.

·        I believe Kaitlynn is being groomed for a Child Sex Trafficking Ring. I had word from a very reliable source as to details of that, yet it cannot be disclosed to the public at this time.

·         I have no where to send that intel. To my knowledge there has been no investigation opened on Kaitlynn’s case from any of the many government agencies notified by myself and many others since the beating. I have gotten the run a round from federal agencies and also from, as could be expected of a Protective Services government agency accused of abuse of many children, the local Child Protective Services and police.

·          - which isn’t surprising. The Guernsey County CPS has had two Foster Children die since 2019 when Kaitlynn was placed in foster care for the ridiculous charge of being home schooled.

Fairbanks’ problems began when he decided to take his evidence of Satanic Ritual Abuse of children to share with Utah governmental powers. No sooner had he done so when a tsunami of problems began to plague his life including being poisoned and suffering years of court battles on made up cases.

Update Fri. 22 Aug. 2025:

I am in FCI Englewood waiting for oral arguments on appeal of my federal conviction for securities fraud. I was found guilty by a jury in a trial where my Federal Public Defenders called no witnesses to the stand, the Utah State Attorney General’s Office interfered with the only witness being called in my behalf, and the Federal Public Defenders presented very little physical evidence.

Following my conviction, the Utah State Attorney General filed a civil suit against me and a non-existent entity, by the Utah State Securities Commission in an administrative court to collect the restitution money awarded by the jury in my federal conviction, plus penalties for the State of Utah. After months of court filings and conference calls, the Commission filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. On Thursday August 14, 2025, the Utah State Securities Commission held a public meeting to consider the Motion against me.

Months before my trial, and under suggestion of my Federal Public Defenders, I made two cashier’s checks: one directly payable to one “victim” and one payable to my personal civil attorney’s trust account until the Federal Public Defenders negotiated settlement with the other “victim.” An email was sent to inform all Federal Public Defenders of the payments, which I did not owe. They failed to negotiate settlement and never addressed the payments with the court or the jury at trial.

Now the judge for the Utah State Attorney General, who I originally appealed to for assistance and protection, is going to issue an order for default judgment, for a debt that wasn’t owed and yet was paid long before being found guilty by a tampered jury. It’s pretty ironic and just another example of a casualty of injustice, from the office of a man who railed on the corruption of his predecessors, during his election campaign.

Once the full system activates, you’ll receive instructions on how to access it for free. That has not happened yet. Do not respond to advertisements saying otherwise, as it would likely be a Scam.

If you see the following message on your Telegram or any other account, please realize it was likely a Scam: “You’ve been selected for early access to activate your QFS Card—a symbol of unity and financial empowerment. Due to overwhelming demand, we’re offering this exclusive opportunity to activate your card and unlock your reserved benefits immediately. Your QFS Card is verified, and your funds are ready for release!”

Apparently the TRB so-called “Trump Gold Products” Scam is still alive and well on the Internet. Initially I received well over 400 email complaints on the matter before I had to cut them off. Recently I checked into it again. Now they are promising that you can still cash in your TRB products by setting up a Quantum Account with them (where they will claim you have over 40 million $ in your account). Only after you have given them your personal information, plus paid them thousands of dollars more – they will then promise to release the monies to you – which they never do. At least, no one has proven to me that they have ever received monies from investing in TRB products.

I understand there are several investigations open with local police and the FBI on this very sophisticated TRB Products Scam. Unknown persons using my legal name of Judy Byington were inviting people to sign up for the Quantum Financial System Accounts and Med Bed treatments, plus asking for monies to do so. I know nothing of this and it appeared to be a scam. If someone contacted you or wrote on Telegram saying they were Judy Byington, know that it was not me. Do not give them personal information, nor monies.
