 Judy Note: On Wed. 10 Sept. 2025 Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA and popular conservative podcast host, was shot and killed. At the time he was seated under a tent, speaking to an outdoor audience of around 3,000 Utah Valley University student fans (only a handful of leftists) as part of his American Comeback Tour.

Strangely, a day before the Charlie Kirk assassination on Tues. 9 Sept. 2025, a book titled “The Shooting of Charlie Kirk: A Comprehensive Account of the Utah Valley University Attack, the Aftermath, and America’s Response,” appeared on Amazon Books on the Internet with a publication date of that same Tues. 9 Sept. 2025 – a day before the assassination took place.

Author Anastasia J. Casey was unknown in the literary world and there was no evidence that the ghost writer even existed. The book was not only miraculously written, but advertised as published at least a full 24 hours before the attack it describes even took place. It was quickly taken down from Amazon, though screenshots of it remained as evidence.

Another strange occurrence: On that same Tues. 9 Sept. 2025 both the LA Times and New York Times ran stories about the Charlie Kirk Assassination. The only problem: It didn’t happen until the next day on Wed. 10 Sept. 2025.

On Wed. 10 Sept. 2025 around 12:24 at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Utah County Utah, a student in the outdoor crowd of around 3,000 shouted, “There’s somebody on the roof right there (Loose Center Building). He just ran from over there, ran in, now he’s right there.”

At that same time the apparent shooter appeared on the roof of the Loose Center Building, two of Kirk’s bodyguards standing behind him while he was speaking were making hand signals, which video footage showed was to the shooter on the roof.

Moments later at approximately 12:24 pm, Kirk was fatally shot while answering a question about mass shootings. Video taken close to the stage showed him slumping in his chair as blood poured from his neck. His security team, including the two bodyguards who appeared to be signaling to the possible shooter, rushed to his side and immediately carried him to an ambulance off campus.

An eyewitness said the shot that took the life of Charlie Kirk was fired right after he was asked about trans violence, as if it were coordinated. He believes it wasn’t just one person acting alone, but several people working together. He also claims that someone in the crowd confessed to the shooting right after it happened, even though they didn’t have a weapon.

A clip, filmed from inside a nearby building, captured the panic of the over 3,000 people who had gathered for Kirk’s event. As the single gunshot rang out, the crowd dropped for cover. Above them, the shadowy figure appeared to move quickly across the rooftop of Loose Center UVU building. Surveillance video shows the suspect jumping off the building and fleeing the area on foot.

ATF and other law-enforcement later located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspect’s route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology.

By Fri. 12 Sept. 2025 authorities confirmed the Charlie Kirk shooter as Michael Mallinson, a registered Democrat in Utah. Although, not all agreed with the quick investigation results.

“A local law enforcement officer with inside knowledge said that Charlie’s assassination was faked at the highest levels. There were credible threats against him and his family. They got proactive and faked his death. The whole family is going into a Witness Protection Program. This whole thing seemed too planned, even the investigation. Since when do all the pieces in an investigation as big as this fall into place so easily?” …Phil Godlewski

Meanwhile back on Tues. 10 Sept. around 15 min. after the shooting and at a small Provo Utah Airport – that was a five min. drive from UVU – a private plane quietly left without registering their flight path with Air Control.

A. Thurs. 11 Sept. 2025: Mysterious Book on Charlie Kirk Shooting Surfaces a Day Before the Attack

  • In a twist that seems pulled from a science fiction thriller, the investigation into the assassination of political commentator Charlie Kirk has been upstaged by a bizarre digital mystery. A book describing the tragedy surfaced online with a listed publication date a day before the shooting, sparking a storm of speculation on social media and casting doubt on its origins.
  • What Exactly Was This Book? The book, titled “The Shooting of Charlie Kirk: A Comprehensive Account of the Utah Valley University Attack, the Aftermath, and America’s Response,” appeared briefly on Amazon. Its cover, author name (Anastasia J. Casey), and detailed description were captured in screenshots that continue to circulate widely on platforms like X (formerly Twitter). The listing promised a full account of the attack, its aftermath, and the national reaction—a comprehensive timeline of events that, by the book’s own stated timeline, had not yet fully unfolded.
  • Why is the Date So Alarming? What fuels the intrigue is a single detail—the book’s release date was marked as September 9, 2025. Charlie Kirk was shot on September 10, 2025. This means the book, purporting to be a “comprehensive account” of the shooting and its consequences, was allegedly published a full 24 hours before the attack it describes even took place. This impossible chronology has become the focal point for intense online scrutiny and conspiracy theories.
  • Who is the Author Behind This? The book was attributed to an author named Anastasia J. Casey. However, this name appears to be a complete ghost in the literary and journalistic world. There are no public records, prior works, or online traces of an author by this name, making the mystery even more suspicious and intriguing. Is it a pseudonym? A hoax? The question of “Who is Anastasia J. Casey?” is now central to the puzzle.
  • Has the Book Been Removed? Yes. The Amazon listing was quickly taken down, but as is common in the digital age, its existence was preserved through screenshots. The removal has done little to quell the speculation; if anything, it has amplified it. Short appearances followed by abrupt disappearances are common in hoaxes and intentional trolling that aims to generate as much confusion and attention as possible.

B. Thurs. 11 Sept. 2025 Joe Rogan EXCLUSIVE: This morning my team received an e-mail from officer at ATF.

  • The email included a screen shot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting  at Utah Valley State University.
  • “On September 10, 2025, at approximately 12:24PM, Conservative political influencer Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at the Utah Valley University in Orem, UT. Mr. Kirk was speaking at the University as part of the American Comeback Tour.
  • Multiple SLC I and III agents responded immediately. The suspect fired one shot from an elevated position on a rooftop in an adjacent building on the campus and surveillance video shows the suspect, jumping off and fleeing the area on foot.
  • ATF and other law-enforcement located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspects route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine.
  • All cartridges had engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. An emergency trace has been submitted an ATF SLC is working leads generated by the trace.
  • The firearm and ammunition have been taken by the FBI for DNA analysis and fingerprint impressions. Upon completion of forensics, the firearm will be disassembled for additional importer information.
  • Multiple people of interest having contacted or detained because of eyewitness testimony and review of video footage. The primary suspect is yet to be identified. ATF is assisting the investigation with multiple other federal, state and local partners and the case is co-led by the FBI and Utah SBI.”

C. Possible Global Currency Reset Timing:

  • In 2017 Trump issued two Federal Continuity Directives, placing all three branches of government under Martial Law Continuity. To this day, his Executive Orders remain active.
  • Since 2020 the Continuity of Government plan has been live. Trump never left command. The recapture of the Republic began.
  • On 30 Jan 2025 Trump, still as a War Time President, ordered all court cases halted and declared law enforcement had been working illegally under a corporate façade. He vowed to retrain judges, attorneys, and police to operate under Constitutional Law once more.

M. Native Hawaiian DEW Victims of Maui Hawaii

On Wed. 29 Jan. 2025 an Open Letter was published addressed to President Donald Trump and the US Congress asking them to recognize the Sovereign Nation of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

There was 170,000 metric tons of Gold sitting in the Bank of Hawaii that cannot be used by any government entity until the Kingdom Nation is returned properly to The People.

The request was accompanied by a plea to help the over 3,000 victims of the 2023 Kula and Lahaina Maui Hawaii Fires who remain homeless, many living on beaches since 2023.

O. “Ken and Barbie vs. Goliath IRS”: Ken Cromar presently sits in prison having been found guilty of living in his own fully owned home and after proving in a Federal Tax Court that he owed no monies to the IRS. Despite the ruling in Cromar’s favor, the IRS sold his home at auction and threw away all his possessions including expensive camera equipment he used to make a living. He was arrested two years ago and has been sitting in prison since.

August 30, 2025 Update:

Exactly 2 years ago I was kidnapped for a “crime” I did not commit. We obeyed the law. The IRS did not. This was the beginning of a nightmare of separation from my wife Barbara, my kids, grandkids and many dear friends.

The good news: I now know for myself what hell is. This is a valuable thing to know and understand.

The better news: Through this adversity, I’ve come to know my God better than ever before. I glory in God and His tender mercies and kindnesses to me. He has become much more personal to me. I desire that for you too.

The best news: We are right on schedule for a showdown with the IRS at the Supreme Court where their income tax deceit is on a collision course with the truth. Barbara and I have never been against taxes, only against ILLEGAL ones. And we took our stand. If Constitutional taxes were restored, the size of government would shrink back into lawful authority, and thus FREE the American people.

In the meantime: Barbara and I suffer being apart, but see His hand in all things, so we feel to join Paul in proclaiming, “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.” (2 Cor. 4:8-9)

Despite the jaws of hell gaping open wide, we feel blessed. It could be so much worse. When I remember that the Lord has descended below it all, I am grateful. If we endure our challenges well, it shall be for our good, and we shall be delivered on wings of eagles.

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; for they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)

P. All Tom Fairbanks did was to spend much of his life gathering evidence on the Ritual Abuse of children in Utah. In early March 2024 he was arrested and placed in the Utah Weber County Jail. For what? The real reason for attacks on Tom appeared to be that the Powers That Be couldn’t afford to have someone with Tom’s very valid evidence of SRA cases to be running around unchecked.
