FBI Director Kash Patel put out a statement on Thursday detailing what they’ve learned about the shooter who opened fire on an ICE facility in Dallas. Perched on a nearby rooftop, Joshua Jahn hit three detainees, killing two of them. Because of the long range, the lack of lighting, and the fact that he shot into the tinted windows of two government-owned vans, it appears that he believed he was shooting at ICE agents.
