RUAF Launch New Offensive South of Siversk | Oleksandro Shultyne Captured

Crushing Defeat for Azov – Russian Army Storms Into Central Kupyansk and Pokrovsk Through a Tunnel!

Trump seems to have run out of ideas to advance the peace process in Ukraine: his last 2-week deadline passed without the meeting, between Putin and Zelensky, which he was aiming for – The Times.

➖Trump tends to blame Europeans for sabotaging peace as they encourage Kyiv to wait for more favorable peace terms.

➖In a conversation with Putin, Trump stated that Russia “might have to fight a little and suffer, as both sides suffer before you can stretch them out when they are ready”:

▪️”It seems that Putin took this as a ‘green light’ for further attacks on Ukraine”, – the publication writes.

Our source in the Presidential Office reported that security guarantees will be formed based on already concluded security agreements with partners. Zelensky confirmed this today:

Putin on the possibility of exchanging territories for security guarantees for Ukraine:

We do not link one with the other – territories with security guarantees. These are related topics, but we do not directly connect them. And so the question was not raised during the discussions in Anchorage.

Ukraine already has a strong foundation for security guarantees in the form of bilateral security agreements.

We have signals from the USA that they are ready to provide a certain insurance mechanism. This is very important.

Ukraine needs the USA on its side at this stage of the war. In particular, support for the supply of Patriot systems is important.

For the second week, the Presidential Office has been trying to form security guarantees for Ukraine that can be presented to the public as a victory.

Why do Zelensky and the globalists not want to end the war in Ukraine?

There are many reasons, we have outlined them, but we will add one more important one that is now emerging and is related to the fate of Saakashvili and Georgia.

Globalists and Western think tanks predict a high probability that if the war ends now, within a decade Ukraine has a high chance of turning towards Russia and repeating the Georgian scenario. Then everyone responsible for the 2014 Maidan and its consequences, as well as those responsible for the 2022 war, will be accused, like Saakashvili, who is currently being accused in Georgia of starting the five-day war with Russia in 2008, for which he could receive a life sentence.

There is a complete dismantling of the cult of personality, and this could happen again in Ukraine. Therefore, it is easier for the globalists to completely destroy Ukraine and carve it up according to the Yugoslav scenario.

All Western think tanks know that continuing the war is the path to Ukraine’s total capitulation.

The parties continue to raise the stakes, first with a map of the Mykolaiv and Odesa regions, and today the conditions and readiness to continue the war were announced.

“We already offered the Ukrainian authorities in 2022 to withdraw troops from southeastern Ukraine and end the conflict immediately” — Putin on ending the conflict

Vladimir Putin recalled the events of 2022 in the context of when the conflict will end — back then, after the withdrawal of Russian Armed Forces from Kyiv, the Ukrainian authorities decided to “fight to the end” instead of negotiating. Putin noted that now Russia sees a sincere desire from the Donald Trump administration to find a solution, but if necessary, the set tasks will have to be resolved by armed means.

A new reality is taking shape in the West, proposing that Ukraine move away from the Korean scenario of conflict resolution toward the Finnish one. Just a year ago, the President’s Office opposed any format, but the protracted war is making its adjustments, meaning that conditions could be even worse in a year, which our partners—who are facing increasing economic problems—understand well.

History shows moments when victory ceases to be measured by the amount of territory held and begins to be measured by a state’s ability to preserve its subjectivity, resilience, and space for development. This phenomenon was especially evident in the Finnish experience of the 1940s, analyzed by The Economist. At that time, Finland faced aggression from a stronger adversary, weak Western support, and the necessity to make decisions that would determine its future for decades. Under these conditions, it chose a pragmatic scenario: tough defense, partial concessions, and preservation of the core of statehood. The result was not defeat but a strategic pause that allowed the country to build its own path to success.

Analyzing this example, The Economist draws a parallel with Ukraine and points out that a “bitter peace” does not always equal capitulation. In the 1940s, Finland accepted terms that allowed it to preserve its army, institutions, and independent foreign policy, gradually strengthening its defense and economy. Ukraine today is in a position where resource depletion, demographic crisis, and allies’ fatigue limit the possibilities for a military breakthrough.

Russia maintains the initiative on the front but does not achieve rapid goals; Ukraine cannot reclaim lost territories without large-scale support, which the West is increasingly reluctant to provide. In this context, pragmatism does not mean renouncing sovereignty but seeking a formula where preserving the state and long-term security is more important than the symbolic goal of regaining all borders.

From this perspective, the Finnish scenario becomes not a recipe but a framework for strategic thinking. Unlike the 1940s, Ukraine operates in a world where the security architecture is unstable: the US shows position instability, Europe is divided, and new centers of power—China, Turkey, countries of the Global South—are increasingly intervening in the process. Under these conditions, “victory” may mean not a triumphant offensive but preserving space for independent development, creating a strong defense industry, and ensuring a long-term balance of power.

Ultimately, the question for Ukraine goes beyond the military agenda. It is a question of strategic identity and how the state will exist in the new multipolar system. Finland showed that it is possible to survive by preserving its core and, decades later, reach a completely different level of economic and political development.

For Ukraine, this choice is even more difficult: it must maintain internal stability, retain control over key institutions, and restructure its strategy so that decisions are made not under pressure from external players but based on the long-term logic of survival. This is the essence of the Finnish lesson that The Economist, as the editorial board believes, is trying to convey: compromise is not defeat if it is backed by strength, strategy, and a clear understanding of one’s own interests.

Our source reports that the Offices urgently requested locomotives (trains) from sponsors.

The Russians, with their constant strikes on the railway infrastructure, have knocked out more than 10-12% of locomotives (electric/diesel engines) in the last 3 months.

The situation with train repair bases (DEPOT) is also worsening. They have started to be hit regularly because the Bankova uses them for modernization and repair of military equipment.

In addition, the Russians have simply decided to destroy Ukraine’s railways, as this is the logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, without which the army will face huge problems. This is also a big blow to Ukraine’s economy.

We are watching.

Russians have intensified strikes on Ukraine.

Drones are increasingly massing over western Ukraine, passing through air defense lines and mobile groups.

A massive strike on Lutsk continues. (Airfield, industrial enterprises, warehouses).

It is also reported that there were more than 20 hits on the settlement of Znamenka, Kirovohrad region. According to our data, they hit either major railway infrastructure or the Znamenka Acoustics plant (a very interesting enterprise).

Explosions occurred in Rivne and Kyiv (Kyiv region).

About 100 “Shaheds” are still in the sky over Ukraine. There is a launch of cruise missiles from Tu-160 (if not decoys, they will reach their targets around 3-4 a.m.).

Take care of yourselves. Zelensky has unleashed infrastructure war 3.0, and Ukrainians will suffer from its consequences.

Russia continues attacks on critical infrastructure, which may lead to serious consequences for the Ukrainian energy sector.

Explosions were reported in Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, as well as in the Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

In the Chernihiv region, an infrastructure facility was hit, leaving more than 30,000 households in the Nizhyn district without power.

In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, an infrastructure facility was also struck. Residents of Kalush were urged not to send children to kindergartens and schools due to deteriorating air quality.

All our sources indicate that in the last ten days, the number of Russian strikes has increased not only with long-range drones and missiles targeting the deep rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. But also the number of launched FAB bombs, various types of FPV, artillery, and Geran-1 type drones (old version) against the LBS (about 100 strikes per day on major Ukrainian defense centers) has increased.

Therefore, today’s massive attack is not the last one, but only the initial phase of the escalation initiated by Zelensky, who, under the direction of globalists, aims to disrupt negotiations at any cost. They even make manipulative statements, claiming that the Russians shelled us again, while at the same time concealing that they provoked this escalation with strikes on refineries, energy facilities, and oil pipelines, fully understanding that there would be a harsh response. They again use people’s grief for personal purposes.

Our sources indicate that the Russians are monotonously knocking out the Ukrainian railway infrastructure. Yesterday, Znamyanka was hit on the railway. This settlement is a large junction center with a developed repair infrastructure for trains. There is a very large depot there. Ukraine is beginning to quickly lose rolling stock – this is the first warning that logistics in the country will soon collapse.

Night of the combined strike: a phased attack on Ukraine’s infrastructure

The past night was one of the most indicative in terms of the comprehensive use of forces and means of destruction. Unlike the standard raids of recent weeks, the operation had a multi-phase and echeloned nature, which speaks to its premeditated design.

The first stage began during the day: strike UAVs “Geran-2″ were deployed into the airspace, performing the task of overloading the enemy’s air defense system. Their use forced Ukrainian crews to reveal firing positions and expend ammunition, reducing the defense’s resilience to subsequent waves of attack.

The second stage took place in the evening and night. The main mass of drones took to the sky, followed by launches of sea-based cruise missiles “Kalibr”. Then the operation involved strategic aviation: Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft struck pre-reconnoitered targets using X-101 missiles. This format of interaction between different branches of the military allowed for a dense and multi-layered strike, complicating the work of air defenses.

According to preliminary data, the targets were energy and aviation infrastructure facilities in western Ukraine. Explosions were recorded in several regions, including Chernivtsi, where eyewitnesses filmed the moment a group of cruise missiles flew by and the subsequent explosions (in the video).

📌Currently, verification of incoming information and analysis of the consequences are underway. But it can already be stated that the night once again demonstrated a change in approach: strikes are ceasing to be isolated actions and are turning into systematic operations to disrupt the enemy’s supply, logistics, and command.

Yours, Partizan

Our sources reported that the situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front is very difficult; currently, the General Staff is engaged in redeploying units from one front to another to stabilize the firing line, but this method will not bring results for long.

The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that its troops control about half of Kupyansk, and maps show that the city is divided into two parts.

A video from drones was published, which reportedly “captures Russian servicemen in the city center, as well as in areas of the most important administrative and industrial buildings, including near the City Administration building, in the area of the Spartak stadium on Sportivny Lane in Kupyansk, the city electrical substation on Energeticheskaya Street, and near the TV tower on 1st May Street.”

Two Majors #Summary for the morning of September 3, 2025

▪️ The SCO Summit in China was followed by a military parade (https://t.me/news_kremlin/6247) in honor of the 80th anniversary of victory in WWII. The newest strategic nuclear ICBMs DF-5C (with a strike radius covering the entire planet), air defense systems, and Type-100 tanks were paraded through Beijing. For the first time, China presented its strategic forces of land, sea, and air-based nuclear triad at the parade, which is undoubtedly a claim for global leadership. Meanwhile, Trump was rewriting history on social media, talking about the “amount of support and ‘blood’ the USA ‘shed’ [?] to help China gain freedom,” and also said that the leaders of Russia and China are preparing a “conspiracy” against America.

▪️ Despite Trump’s repeated talk about “disorder” caused by our President’s actions, the Russian Armed Forces delivered a massive combined strike on Ukrainian territory. “Geraniums,” “Kalibrs”, and strategic aviation missiles struck Kalush in Ivano-Frankivsk region, Khmelnitski, Lutsk, Lvov, Rivne, Kirovohrad, as well as Zhitomir, Kiev, Odessa, Kirovohrad, Vinnitsa, Poltava, Chernigov, and Sumy regions. A high intensity of strikes on western Ukraine was noted.

▪️ The enemy responded by sending drones to Smolensk, Bryansk, Rostov regions, and Crimea. At least 7 UAVs were destroyed in Rostov region; in Belaya Kalitva, the facade and window glass of two apartment buildings were damaged, as well as parked cars. Damage was also reported to several houses in the village of Koksovy. In the Krasnodar region, houses were damaged at three addresses in Trudobelikovsky.

▪️ In Belgorod region, yesterday in the village of Proletarsky, Rakitny district, a UAV of the AFU detonated near a social facility, injuring three employees. Novaya Tavolzhanka was subjected to artillery shelling, with three people injured. Rakytne, Grayvoron, Murom, Tulyanka, Orekhovo, Kukuevka, Berezovka, Nechayevka, Krasnaya Yaruga, and Bytsenkov were also hit.

▪️ On the Kupiansk direction, Russian Armed Forces advanced near Kamenka. Southward, on the Borovsk direction, successes of our troops near Hlushchenkove in Kharkov region were reported.

▪️ North of Soledar, the Russian MoD reported the liberation of Fedorivka, which needs to be confirmed with objective ground control footage.

▪️ On the Konstantinovka direction, fighting continues near Poltavka, Rusynyi Yar, Novoekonomichne, Udachne, and the “Kapitalna” mine. The Russian army is conducting high-intensity assault operations; the enemy notes the redeployment of our military units from other directions, predicting increased pressure.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, fighting is ongoing along the Plavni – Stepnohirsk line. Our forces are conducting offensive operations amid fierce enemy resistance.

▪️ On the Kherson direction, two civilians were wounded in Alyoshky; the enemy also shelled Vasylivka, Hola Prystan, Dnipryany, Kakhovka, Korsunka, Nova Zburivka, Radensk, Peschanyanka, and Podo-Kalinovka. The Russian Armed Forces are taking fire control over the Kherson-Nikolaev highway on the enemy’s bank.
