Most Americans don’t even recognize that we weren’t sovereign. The truth was that since passage of the Act Of 1871 America’s taxpayer monies have been under complete control of bankers of the privately owned corporations of US Inc, the UK Crown and Vatican – better known as the Illuminati or Deep State Cabal.
These three entities have blackmailed many US politicians to vote a certain way on bills because they pay homage to Satan in return for power and monetary gain. The Deep State Cabal’s Illuminati heritage came through the Khazarian Mafia, Canaanites of the Bible and from the ancient Quintus Tribe who claimed to be descendants of Cain and bore the Mark of Cain – an equal sided Red Cross printed on the back of their hand or forehead. Believing this Mark of Cain protected them from bearing responsibility for their crimes, they were known to create wars and kidnap children, or use their own, in pedophile and Child Sacrifice rites dedicated to Satan. They believed this homage to Satan gave them power, privilege and monetary gain.
They created wars and plundered countries to eventually take control of the World financial system.This was accomplished in modern times by the Khazarian Mafia. The Khazarians pretended to be Jews, convincing the Jewish people they were to control the state of Israel through war. Making money from both sides of the wars, they ran the world banking system through the UK Crown, Vatican and US Inc.
This Illuminati organization was headed by nine families - who coordinated their evil activities through hierarchy at the Vatican – the Jesuit Priests and Black Pope. In addition to laundering US Taxpayer monies through the Vatican Bank, both the Black and White Popes and Jesuits were especially active in running an international Child Sex Trafficking ring for their Global Elite Ninth Circle Child Sacrifice Cult.
In 1913 these founding fathers of deception created the US Federal Reserve System as a Master Class Financial Scheme. An enigma so diabolical and obscure that for over a hundred years it has foiled any attempt to decipher its dastardly Code of Destruction. They knew that their Plan was the perfect formula to deceive and compromise the Politicians of the day, to turn over the keys to wealth creation.
They created a Ponzi Scheme at the highest level - a never ending cycle of debt and interest to trap the American People into a life of servitude. To take from the Government its sacred duty to coin money, and regulate the value thereof.
This Illuminati Deep State Cabal’s corrupt US financial system was upgraded at the end of World War II when more than 1,600 German Nazi scientists were imported into the US, Canada and Australia between 1945 and 1959. The program was called called Operation Paperclip – a pre-runner to a CIA tortuous mind control program, MKULTRA.
By 1947 Nazi trained mind control experts were employed by the CIA for the purpose of developing “Super Spies” and assassins. These mind control experts’ use of torture to control people was first developed in Nazi Concentration Camps via experiments on children and their developing brains. Now with the CIA their MKULTRA mind control program was given unlimited funding in a Black Budget.
Former US President George H.W. Bush was influential in forming of the CIA and their mind control program MKULTRA. He eventually became the CIA’s eleventh Director in January 1976. Bush’s father, former US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany. The Guardian Newspaper obtained confirmation from files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

2-12-19 The next day, while I was jailed, CPS Director Nicole (Caldwell ) Stillion submitted sworn perjury, falsely claiming I was violent and had to be arrested, contrary to her partner in crimes cop cam. Guernsey county sheriff saw that I was zoomed to municipal court to adjudicate the four false criminal conspiracy “narrative” conspiracy charges to conceal Robert Patterson Oakley‘s rage and gaslighting. Nicole was promoted to CPS Executive director in 2022.
This lie was accepted by Judge David Bennett, who issued a custody order without notice, without evidence, and without my presence. The Guernsey county sheriff department did not see that I was zoomed or present in juvenile. That order is void ab initio—legally null from inception. They never had jurisdiction! From November 2024 to October 2025, her suffering escalated. She was hospitalized for a concussion after CPS delayed care for nine days. She remains institutionalized, silenced, and denied every constitutional protection.

My criminal and juvenile attorney Mark Perlacky, had exculpatory exhonerating evidence to give us justice February 2019. I was denied to rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness to live our lives in peace February 2019 and lawfully homeschool.
Instead, our lives were sacrificed. Mark, fired 9-11-2019, was taking me to jury trial 5 false criminal charges without working with me. He demanded I plea temp insanity!!!! He was later promoted to the Guernsey county prosecutor’s office, along with Kaitlynn’s ineffective child attorney I fired ,Jennifer Zaayre, with another original juvenile attorney Lyndsey Donahue.
2-11-19 to 5-2020 I was denied speedy trials on 5 false conspiracy criminal charges to cover the assault and narrative . I was silenced in juvenile by forced attorneys who judicially raped me , due to malicious with intent pending conspiracy criminal charges. COVID Pandemic hit lockdown started by Ohio Govenor Mike Dewine, and the whole world homeschooled!!!!! I am one of many Ohioans who never received their pandemic unemployment. 5-20 trial all charges were reduced to a disorderly for telling a rude cop on a well check to respect me in my home. Lyndsey was in court that day. Agents knew of the evidence that back my claims.
Lyndsey was elected as prosecutor. Jessica my cousin helped campaign. Jessica McClintock ,a key witness throughout this case is sitting in jail right now in her hunter orange underwear and hunter brown bra because a guy stole her car and her court papers and mine went missing. She stated he was let out of jail early. She was unable to appeal her malicious case. CPS and juvenile court stripped her of her children and she sits in jail for 4 months on malicious prosecution. She stated they were giving her a hard time her for practicing law by helping people fight the unconstitutional depravation of our rights.
The same administration that former 20 yr. veteran Cambridge cop Chris Gebhart called out corruption, and horrific terrorist threats that he and fellows received in AVC video to Cambridge Council 9 members. He complained about not getting any help through FBI or BCI. Kaitlynn has been unjustly deprived of her rights to be with her innocent mother and family. Silenced of her witness testimony of her kidnapping. I am now being forced into court on November 3, 2025 at 3 , for a judge to decide my fate for protecting Kaitlynn from malicious gross abuse ,torture, neglect and a true hostage of Guernsey county cps.
Kaitlynn ran away from the second Dayton, Ohio group home Royal Roses 12-2024 after her horrific abuse and neglect at Dimensional Phases after they took her from the hospital after cps ignored her for almost a week with a concussion .
I have evidence testimonies, videos, Affidavits, Kaitlynn’s medical neglect and starvation, pictures of horrific abuse and assault, complaints to civil servants who ignored our cries and rights.
I am facing charges of Obstruction of Justice and Interference with Custody on a buried void abnitio 2-11-19 Juvenile case —filed by Detective Bill Patterson 8-25-2025 who denied me to give Mom needed breathing treatments, and was going to take her into protective custody!!!!!!
The same agent who buried the 2-11-19 assault of Robert (Oakley :probated alias) Patterson. Detective Bill Patterson obstructed justice 8-2020 or Kaitlynn would have been home. He is a felony detective, murder and drugs . Guernsey county sheriff /CPS ( online search 2022 enjoined revenue)
CPS waste of tax payers money and law enforcement resources to fight real crime. In my case it has appeared to tyrannically abuse power and authority of the law to legally abuse and terrorize innocent families and children. Depriving them of their rights and justice by those they took an oath to uphold. I have screenshots of about 20 parents who shared their horrific experience with Guernsey county CPS. Of the 540 cps cases in 2019 ,I know 2 were void. 2 Guernsey county Cps kids are dead since 2019. This is a systematic national crisis on the families and children.
Kaitlynn’s brother Joshua Michael, was deprived of his siblings for 5 years before he died in my arms July 12,2024 after a car accident. Still under question. Josh (5-1-89) sacrificed and sold out by his attorney Frederick Sealover ,age 19 and was gang raped in prison on a no victim crime while under the influence of drugs. His co defendant ,the drug dealer got 2 yrs of rehab and Josh hard time. Josh struggled and was given Haldol by the state Appalacian Behavior Ward.( 2012 report 270,000 sudden deaths of 1 million) Josh was given a Covid shot .(When I was falsely forced there to be falsely stripped of custody in 2021 the director was offering mental patients a candy bar to get the shot)
Former Appalacian Behavior Dr. Dale Reasoner District 9 said I didn’t trust the government and suspected Rico in case 20-CR-221 Common Pleas Journal entry 6-2021. I was immediately taken to jail a month and the mental ward for 5 months, silenced in juvenile court defense because I had false pending felony charges because Detective Bill Patterson didn’t do his job. He obstructed justice and interfered with my rights to custody. I was indicted on 2 felony charges facing 5 years because CPS Amanda said I threatened her. The above agents all got promoted throughout our case. Even Amanda who was fired and rehired was promoted to adoption after these malicious charges on me to strip me of custody.
Detective Patterson Bill Patterson was made aware of the video by me, email exchanges between him and Jessica and a recorded voice mail message. Why did he not pursue justice by collecting an exculpatory video by Jessica McClintock.(cousin in jail, car stolen our court cases stollen)
7-31-2020 of Cps worker Amanda Kennedy in my home. She ignored Kaitlynn and I.
I reported Kaitlynn was mentally abused and neglected by NYAP foster mom Brittany. Kaitlynn’s affidavit stated she and the foster girls would steal food from gas stations.
CPS Amanda Kennedy retaliated via Psychosema. A legal term .An orchestrated assault coordinated between social workers and other agents utilizing fraud, psychological intimidation, coercion and or deception. A selected target (parent or child) is then used to procure profit through inhumane means. Psychosema is mainly used to deflect attention away from crimes committed against the children!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She would lie to Kaitlynn about me all the time. She put in the court records Kaitlynn did not want to come home. In Amanda’ s recorded Guernsey county sheriff cop cam she is defaming me and laughing saying Jeannine doesn’t know it yet, but Jeannine is never getting her kids back. She knew a year in advance what her charges of saying I threatened her would cause.
I was forced into the mental ward ,stripped of custody long enough to loose my appeal. She was promoted to Adoption. Amanda tried to adopt Kaitlynn via Wendy’s Hamburger adoption. Kaitlynn refused. She never gave up hope to come home ( 5 Involved Agents all got promotions)
After wearing the soles off my shoes walking the forced mental ward for 5 months malicious retaliatory incarceration for speaking out. Part of that belief was confirmed by a late October 2025 visit by a nurse. Jeannine’s mother Betty was in Hospice care, dying and Jeannine was her sole caretaker. How long have you lived here?
Additionally Jeannine’s cousin, Jessica McClintock (Power of Attorney for Jeannine and Betty), was recently arrested for a confrontation with her own daughter. During that time of being arrested and put in jail a man stole Jessica’s vehicle that contained Jeannine’s court documents.
