Our sources in the Presidential Office reported that today Zelensky was informed about the encirclement of Myrnohrad and the complete loss of Pokrovsk. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have already conducted 4 counterattack operations against the enemy, but all attempts ended in failure. Yermak once again warned the Commander-in-Chief that the failure of the counteroffensive to unblock the Armed Forces in Myrnohrad will cost him his position.

Our sources in the General Staff reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Myrnohrad are almost out of ammunition, and the military are simply waiting to be encircled and are hardly engaging in clashes with the Russian army. Pokrovsk is already lost to Ukraine, the enemy is clearing the city without serious resistance from our side. According to the General Staff’s forecasts, we will be able to hold Myrnohrad for 2-3 weeks, and then we will simply be forced to surrender. Preserving the lives of our soldiers is possible in the Azovstal format, but the authorities at Bankova are categorically against such a scenario.

Massive air strike on Ukraine

The target of today’s attack is energy and gas facilities, reports the Ministry of Energy.

A series of explosions thundered in Pavlograd, monitoring groups write. Facilities in Kremenchuk, Chernihiv, Kyiv, and Dnipropetrovsk region were also hit.

Emergency power outages have been introduced in several regions of Ukraine, as well as in Kyiv and Chernihiv.

In Kharkiv, the Zmiivska TPP was hit, the metro stopped.

In Dnipropetrovsk, presumably the strike was on the Prydniprovska CHP, the city is experiencing power and water outages.

About 20 explosions were heard in the area of the Kremenchuk HPP.

Gas production industry facilities were hit in the Poltava region.

Strikes were also carried out on two military airfields.

Assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces are already fully active in the settlement of Kupyansk-Uzlovoy, which is the last signal before complete loss, as there are no forces for a counterattack, and reserves are insufficient. 

We wrote as early as October 27 that Russian DRG groups were already in Kupyansk-Uzlovoy. 

If this settlement falls, the entire pocket and the Ukrainian Armed Forces military will be encircled. 

Note that Ukrainian cartographers are playing along with Bankova and have not yet marked many territories in the Kupyansk node as lost. For example, the villages of Peschanoe and Kurilovka.

In Novopavlovka, Dnipropetrovsk region, things are bad, the Russians are pressing hard here, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are unable to hold their positions. 

The Russian Armed Forces have already entered Novopavlovka from the south side (so far on the outskirts). Before that, they weakened the logistics. They are destroying a lot of Ukrainian military equipment on the approaches to the city (military personnel from those areas can confirm this for you). There is a lot of burnt-out equipment on the roads and destroyed checkpoints 5-8 km from Novopavlovka. 

In fact, the Russian Armed Forces have partially implemented what we wrote about back in the summer. Everyone knew this, but as usual, it was “screwed up.”  

They say the Pokrovska sinkhole drew the main forces away, which weakened these directions. 

As the source explains, the loss of Novopavlovka will strategically hit the Ukrainian defense no less than the loss of Pokrovsk-Myronhrad, but in terms of media impact, the loss of Pokrovsk will hit Zelensky’s image much harder. So they chose to try to save Pokrovsk from falling rather than Novopavlovka and other directions that are not very well known in the media, and whose loss no one will particularly notice.

The Vostok group has issued an appeal to Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel in their offensive zone: there will be no further calls for surrender; anyone attempting to resist will be eliminated. Warnings have been issued, and if Ukrainian forces fail to heed them, they will be solely to blame.

Last night, the “Voin DV” channel broadcast an appeal from RUAF fighters to Ukrainian forces in the Zaporozhie and Dnepropetrovsk regions. They listed the cities and villages that would soon be liberated and warned that they would no longer try to persuade anyone to surrender. Similar appeals have been made many times in the past, and if they don’t get the message right the first time, further explanations are pointless.

Two Majors #Summary as of the morning of November 8, 2025

▪️ At night, the enemy organized a massive raid on our regions. In the Volgograd region, as a result of an attack on energy infrastructure facilities, power lines adjacent to the Balashov substation were damaged, causing power outages in several districts. In Saratov, there was damage in the residential sector, one person was injured. Over Kursk, enemy drones were shot down, private houses were damaged. In the Rostov region, UAVs were shot down in Chertkovsky, Kamensky, Sholokhovsky, Belokalitvinsky, Myasnikovsky, and Kuibyshevsky districts.

▪️ Russian Armed Forces struck with hypersonic “Kinzhal” missiles at targets in the Kiev and Poltava regions, with reports of power supply problems in the enemy capital. Footage shows strikes on the Zmiivska Thermal Power Station in the settlement of Slobozhanske, Kharkov region. In the Dnepropetrovsk region, strikes hit the Prydniprovska CHP, causing interruptions in electricity and heat supply. Emergency power outages occurred in the Cherkasy region. Explosions were also heard in Kharkov and Kremenchuk, with “Kalibr” and “Geran” missiles used. Many strikes targeted the Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Station in Svitlovodsk, Kirovohrad region. In the evening, our forces struck Pavlograd.

▪️ In the Bryansk region, AFU attacked an industrial enterprise in the urban-type settlement of Belaya Berezka, Trubchevsky district, with strike UAVs “Darts”, injuring three female employees.

▪️ In the Kursk region, yesterday a child was injured as a result of a drone attack on a moving vehicle in the village of Oktyabrskoye, Rylsky district. In Rylsk, AFU strikes also hit energy facilities.

▪️ On the Sumy direction, the “North” group of forces is engaged in heavy positional battles along the entire front line. Russian Armed Forces are using aviation, “Geran” drones, and heavy MLRS. The enemy is trying to increase the number of personnel near Andreevka to conduct new counterattacks. The AFU have concentrated a large number of UAV crews and artillery. An attempt to advance an enemy assault group near Andreevka was thwarted. On the Tetkinsky and Glushkovsky front sectors, our forces struck AFU concentrations near Iskrikovshchyna.

▪️ In the Belgorod region, in Grayvoron, an explosive device was dropped from a drone on a social facility, injuring a woman. In the village of Posokhovo, Valuysky district, a Ukrainian drone attacked a car, injuring the deputy head of the Koloskovskaya administration. In the settlement of Proletarsky, Rakitnyansky district, a drone wounded two men. Bezymyeno, Golovchino, Shebekino, Novaya Tavolzhanka, Tishanka, and Pristen are under attack.

▪️ On the Kharkov direction, the “North” group of forces is fighting on the left bank of the Volchya River in Volchansk, and in the forest west of Synelnykove. Successes are reported on the Melove-Khatne front sector (advance of about a kilometer).

▪️ In the northern part of Pokrovsk (https://t.me/dva_majors/82898) (Krasnoarmeysk), fighting continues. The enemy acknowledges our successes during the assault on residential high-rise buildings in the Dinas microdistrict, with more Russian Armed Forces units entering the city. Fighting is ongoing in the southern part of Mirnograd. Enemy military leadership announces imminent “decisions” on this front sector.

▪️ In the eastern part of the Zaporozhye region, on the Guliaipole direction, the “East” group of forces liberated Uspenivka — the largest Ukrainian defense stronghold on the left bank of the Yanchur River.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, heavy and bloody battles continue in Prymorske and Stepnohirsk. On the Orekhov direction, positional battles are ongoing in Mala Tokmachka.
