Project MKUltra was a real, clandestine CIA program running from 1953 to 1973, designed to explore mind control techniques amid Cold War fears of Soviet brainwashing. It involved over 150 subprojects, experimenting on unwitting subjects—including U.S. and Canadian citizens, prisoners, mental patients, and soldiers—with LSD, hypnosis, electroshock therapy, sensory deprivation, and various forms of psychological and physical abuse.
Admitted experiments left some people unable to walk again, not able to hold their bladder, some even lost 30 to 40 years worth of memories after being a victim and unknowingly participant to the MKULTRA projects done on the public.
The goal? To develop truth serums, induce amnesia, create programmable assassins, and manipulate behavior for interrogation or espionage.

The child-burning furnaces at the ‘Indian residential schools’ were still smoldering the day we first confronted the killers. But the fire that we sparked on December 12, 1995 spread across Canada and then around the world, and it continues to topple the guilty from their thrones.
It was a rainy Vancouver morning when I stood outside the west coast headquarters of the United Church of Canada holding a soggy placard and a press release. Along with a few friends, I was there to protest my recent firing without cause from my Port Alberni pulpit after I had objected to the church’s theft of local indigenous land.
That’s when Harriett Nahanee arrived. She was a stooped, graying aboriginal woman in her sixties who had heard about my protest. Upon seeing the reporters, Harriett immediately approached them and declared, “I saw a little girl get killed at the Alberni Indian residential school.”
Her words appeared that week in the Vancouver Sun newspaper, where she described seeing the murder of young Maisie Shaw by the United Church minister Alfred Caldwell on December 24, 1946. It was the first time the killing of a residential school child had been publicly reported in Canada.
Also with us on that historic day was Jack McDonald, a Metis elder who had been in St. Andrew’s congregation. Jack said to the same reporter, “We’re held personal interviews with natives who were in the Alberni residential school who will tell you they carried bodies out of the school … The United Church removed Rev. Two chemtrails over south side of Lubbock Texas 3:31pm on Wed. 10 Dec.
On December 8/2025 and 12/09/2025 chemtrail was being sprayed from Brownsville Texas to Mexico (matamores Tamps) from approximately 9:00 am to 10:00 am. This location was over Highway 4, that goes to Space X Brownsville Texas is located at the southern tip of Texas. The Rio Grande River divides Brownsville texas with Matamores Tamps. Also on this same days it was reported to me that chemtrail was being sprayed in Harlingen Texas apparently 25 to 30 miles north of Brownsville Texas. Our Governor signed an order not to be spraying chemtrails in the state of Texas. But it hasn’t stopped them. They are still spraying.

Below is a pic I took this afternoon, here in Sarasota. It has been a light day for spraying here, so far. Just a few days after the October 1st government shut down the spraying stopped here. The pause lasted about 2 weeks and then started up again. Occasionally we will have a day or 2 with no spraying and then they come back with a day of very heavy spraying. I will continue to keep you posted.

I have been observing this odd sky behavior for years. Recently I have seen very heavy localized chemical trails over nearby Camp Pendleton, CA. I have seen this very thing twice, as if someone does not like the Marines, and wants to give them a message. They lay down a very close nit cross pattern over the large base. I am a Navy vet, and this behavior upsets me more than the nearly daily, and sometimes heavy, striping of our entire So Orange County sky, in CA. Yes, some know about the night time spraying, as well as the spraying high above our normal clouds.

I am located in Carlisle Pa 17013. Chemtrails have never stopped. For years now I have given up the enjoyment of lounging outside and dealt with the staining of my concrete as well as poor growth results of my small garden. I live in Liberty Hill, Texas and work in Austin. This area is being sprayed with trails every day. Some days begin with blue sky but once they begin spraying the sky does not stay blue.

How deep does this really go, how many foreign countries have agents who still reside in the U.S. and what other information or technology have they gotten their hands on?
