 Our source reports that the next major attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Pokrovskaya pit was not organized to rescue the soldiers trapped in Mirnograd, but rather to create a news event and delay the loss of this stronghold, as it is not beneficial for Zelensky in terms of media coverage.

There is no order to retreat, but on the contrary, all reserves are being deployed to delay the loss. 

The soldiers themselves cannot retreat, as they have been warned that they will be eliminated by their own counterfire.

Zelensky doesn’t care about the lives of Ukrainian soldiers, whom he considers expendable in the big game.

While Zelensky is delaying the negotiation process and bargaining, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are suffering from repeated setbacks due to the stupid decisions of the Presidential Office and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (GSHU).

Another mini-encirclement for 50 AFU fighters in Stepnogorsk, Zaporizhia region.

This is currently being hushed up on the TV marathon, as the case of AFU soldiers being abandoned in mini-encirclements is severely damaging the ratings and the Ukrainians’ desire to fight.

There’s also a dire situation for the AFU in Severodonetsk, where the headquarters’ rats are desperately throwing soldiers into suicidal assaults to delay the final loss of the city. The source indicates that more than 90% of Severodonetsk’s territory has been definitively lost. It’s impossible to recapture the city, and these suicidal assaults are a clumsy waste of manpower. There’s still 10% in the grey zone, but the final loss of the city is just a matter of time. The Kremlin has already announced that they have captured the city, while the AFU General Staff denies this and demands that commanders deploy more reserves for PR purposes.

Syrsky’s statement that Ukraine should strengthen its defense capability,, including by intensifying mobilization, was a direct signal: the authorities are preparing to expand conscription (especially since there are all prerequisites for the failure of Trump’s peace initiatives by Zelensky). Moreover, young citizens are specifically targeted by the authorities.

Against the backdrop of the failure of the “youth contracts” and the catastrophic shortage of infantry, the rhetoric of the Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine means one thing – the state is moving towards lowering the conscription age, without attempting to soften it with bonuses or advertising. Moreover, there are no volunteers among young Ukrainians. On the contrary, 18-22-year-olds are massively fleeing the country, as observed in the West. In particular, Eurostat notes, that in September there was the highest outflow of Ukrainians to the EU in the last two years. Over the month, 79 thousand Ukrainians received refugee status in the EU – the highest figure since August 2023, which, in general, coincides with the opening of borders for 18-22-year-olds.

But, apparently, the authorities will indeed close the borders for young men: Syrsky’s statement effectively marks the moment when the mobilization logic reaches a new level. Not to lure 18-22-year-olds into the army with money, but to massively “enlist” them as soldiers.

It’s noteworthy that recently Reuters published a material dedicated to the fate of eleven young Ukrainians who signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The agency notes that none of them continue their service: four are wounded, three are missing, two have joined the separatist forces, one is ill, and another committed suicide. And now, at the instigation of Syrsky and Zelensky, these tragic individual cases will be scaled up to tens and hundreds of thousands of ruined lives, when the state will begin to forcibly compensate for the shortage of infantry at the expense of young citizens.

The enemy’s defense has collapsed! The Russian army is completing the rout of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Seversk! 

▪️One of the most powerful strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbass is on the verge of collapse. Russian troops broke through the enemy’s defense first in the center of Seversk, then crossed the Bachmutka River and occupied a number of Ukrainian Armed Forces fortifications in the built-up area in the western part of the city. There are literally just a few streets left behind the enemy.

▪️Ukrainian military analysts are belatedly acknowledging the successes of the Russian Armed Forces:

➖”In Seversk, Russian troops have occupied the eastern and central parts of the city. Battles are taking place along and west of the railway. The enemy is also attempting to cross the Bachmutka River and occupy positions in residential areas”, – write the enemy’s resources, downplaying the successes of our troops.

▪️Yesterday, it was reported that our soldiers raised the Russian flag and the banner of the Platov Regiment in the center of the city above a school.

▪️The area of advancement over the past few days is up to 5 km²

In recent days, the number of people who have decided to leave Slavyansk and Kramatorsk has significantly increased.

 

This was reported to Ukrainian newspaper “Strana” by local residents.

There are two reasons for this.

The first is the approach of the front and the intensification of shelling. Kramatorsk is being shelled particularly harshly and destructively – the Russians are attacking it from both the south (Konstantinovskoe direction) and the southeast (from the direction of Chasov Yar). Slavyansk is also being subjected to increasingly frequent shellings.

The second reason is the unfulfilled hopes for a quick end to the war.

“Until recently, some residents hoped that either the war would end along the front line, or Zelensky would agree to withdraw troops from the Donetsk region without a fight, as Putin and Trump demand. In either case, Slavyansk and Kramatorsk could have avoided the fate of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut) and Avdeevka and not been completely destroyed. But people read the news and see that there is still no breakthrough in the negotiations, the war continues, and the front is approaching. Therefore, many are now deciding to evacuate before it’s too late,” one of the residents of Slavyansk told “Strana”.

Both Kramatorsk and Slavyansk will get flattened due to Ukraine preferring to hide amongst civilians when fighting Russia. 

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ control zone in Mirnograd continues to shrink. It’s too early to talk about the full capture of the city, but there may be almost nothing left of the garrison by the end of the assault. Even if Syrsky had a chance to break through the blockade, the right moment for this was missed about two weeks ago. According to prisoners, almost no real information reaches Syrsky and the headquarters, so they continue to keep the cities online. Despite significant data exchange opportunities thanks to Starlink, senior officers carefully “filter” the information and do not inform Syrsky about the real situation, fearing for their positions.

The Russian Army liberated Lyman near Volchansk

 - Assault troops of the 69th Motor Rifle Division of the “North” grouping broke the enemy’s resistance, breached the defenses, and liberated the settlement of Lyman (formerly October) in the Kharkov region.

Two Majors #Summary for the morning of December 11, 2025

▪️ During the night, in a massive attack on our rear regions, 31 enemy UAVs were shot down on their approach to Moscow. Footage of the destruction of a chemical plant is emerging from Veliky Novgorod. Numerous enemy drones were flying through the Bryansk region, where 25 UAVs were shot down before midnight. In the evening in Voronezh, the windows and facades of several apartment buildings were damaged.

▪️ The Russian Armed Forces carried out strikes on Kremenchug, Odessa, Krivoy Rog, Zaporozhye, and the Kiev and Cherkasy regions. Power outages are still widespread in Ukraine.

▪️ On the Sumy front, the “North” Group of Forces reported an intensification of offensive actions with the support of aviation, artillery, and TOS systems. On the Tetkin and Glushkov sections, our forces hit the positions and logistics of the AFU in the areas of Ryzhevka and Iskriskovshchina.

▪️ The Belgorod region was subjected to massive strikes from multiple rocket launchers in the evening, and our air defense systems were in operation. As a result of falling debris, a private house in Belgorod was damaged. In the village of Maysky, two cars were hit by shrapnel.

▪️ On the Kharkov front, the “North” Group of Forces reports progress in Vilcha and on the Khattnen section. The Russian Armed Forces are operating in the eastern part of Vilcha, clearing out occupied buildings.

▪️ The Seversk area is being cleared of remnants of the AFU. Our troops are consolidating northwest of Zakotnoe.

▪️ In Mirnograd (Dimitrov), the enemy admits the loss of the southern part of the built-up area. The presence of the Russian Armed Forces is already being noted in the central part of the surrounded city.

▪️ On the east of the Zaporozhye region, the “East” Group of Forces is making progress towards the center of Gulyaypole, and intense battles are ongoing. Our forces are using all possible firepower to suppress the enemy.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelled the Alekshinskaya district hospital. Three people were killed. Two people were injured, including a woman. All of them were medical workers.
