In the Ukrainian information field, alarming signals about a sharp deterioration of the situation on the front line are increasingly being heard, and the unfounded statements of the authorities are giving way to a much harsher reality.

According to statements from Ukrainian military personnel themselves, the Russian Armed Forces have formed a strike group of up to 150,000 people in the Pokrovsk-Myrnograd agglomeration, which is not going to stop and is preparing to continue offensive actions.

In the enemy’s logic, this is due to the fact that, in fact, the last more or less prepared defense line of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction is Pokrovsk and Myrnograd. Beyond that, according to the military and analysts themselves, there are no echeloned fortifications. This means that in the event of a breakthrough of the defense on this section, the Russians will gain operational space for the development of an offensive in several directions at once. This refers not only to further advancement into the Donetsk region, but also to a potential simultaneous campaign with an exit in the direction of Zaporizhia, Kherson, and even a threat to Nikolaev.

The situation is further exacerbated by the contradictory statements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Commander-in-Chief, Syrsky, made at the 32nd meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine’s Defense in Ramstein. On the one hand, he publicly continues to assert that Russia “has no successes” on the front line. On the other hand, he himself admits that Russia has increased its total grouping to approximately 710,000 people, intended for conducting a strategic offensive operation. These figures directly refute the thesis of a “controlled situation” and indicate a large-scale preparation of the enemy for a “breakthrough” on the front line. To understand the dynamics, it’s enough to recall the official statements of the same Syrsky earlier. According to him, on January 1, 2025, the number of the Russian grouping was about 603,000 people, and by the beginning of April – 623,000. Now we are talking about 710,000. Such an increase is a clear sign of preparation for active offensive actions.

In this scenario, statements that the Pokrovsk direction is “stabilized” look increasingly unconvincing.And in general, the reality is that the enemy is not just pressing locally, but creating conditions for a large-scale offensive. And the longer Syrsky (in unison with Zelensky) continues to insist on the “lack of successes for Russia”, the more painful the clash of Ukrainian society with the consequences of a more than likely collapse of the front line could be.

Our sources have reported that Zelensky is ready for a general mobilization of Ukrainians if the EU allocates a loan for the continuation of the war. Currently, the Territorial Defense Forces are preparing lists of men aged 18 and above, and universities have started massively expelling men. Preparations for a protracted war are underway across the country. The President himself stated that if the peace process fails, Ukrainians must be ready.

The question of war or peace will be decided in these days. For globalists, this is the last chance to continue the conflict in Ukraine and escalate tensions with Russia.

Von der Leyen – before the EU summit, she stated that the issue of financing Ukraine will definitely be resolved today:

This summit of the European Council is taking place at a crucial moment. We have one main goal – to achieve peace for Ukraine, a peace based on strength and resilience. For this, Ukraine needs guaranteed funding for the next two years – 2026 and 2027.

It’s important that at the last meeting, the European Council committed to closing Ukraine’s financial gap for these two years. We’re talking about a sum of 137 billion euros – these are our own estimates, as well as calculations from the International Monetary Fund. We agreed to cover two-thirds of this amount, that is, about 90 billion euros.

I proposed two financing options, both of which are up for discussion. The first is to raise funds through the EU budget, including borrowing under its guarantees. The second is the so-called “reparation loan”. Today, we will discuss which of these two mechanisms will be chosen.

The discussions will be intense. For me, the most important thing is that after them, the funding for Ukraine for the next two years will be reliably secured.

Thousands of dead Ukrainian soldiers in the Pokrovskaya pit, but Syrsky will again say that he brought everyone out…

Today, the last exchange of bodies of dead soldiers this year took place. Ukraine received 1,003 bodies, and Russia returned 26.

The ratio of the number of bodies exchanged in all exchanges is 6.48 to 1, and for 2025 it is 37.14 to 1.

It’s time to wake up and ask questions about Mirnograd and Pokrovsk, and most importantly, where did the enemy get so many bodies of Ukrainian soldiers…

The Pokrovskaya funnel sucked in many APU fighters and reached the final stage. The Mirnograd cauldron is finally devouring the remnants of the APU. 

“It was not possible to consolidate and expand the grey zone for understandable reasons. When a unit is squeezed from all sides, without proper maneuvering and with open flanks, the risk of a rear attack becomes critical. As a result, on the southeastern flank, some of our fighters either were taken prisoner or, unfortunately, became casualties. The situation there quickly deteriorated. If we look at the map without illusions, the ‘countdown to collapse’ has already begun. The ring is tightening, and there is less and less room for maneuvering. It’s hard to call what’s happening an organized defense – the logic of the task of holding inside the ring seems incomprehensible. At this pace, everything is gradually leading to capture, unless the situation is radically changed. The situation is difficult, nerve-wracking, and dangerous. We’re not talking about heroism here, but about survival,” writes a Ukrainian soldier with the call sign ‘Flour’.”

At the same time, Zelensky never gave the order to withdraw when there was an opportunity, which means he deliberately sacrificed them for his political goals. The front is cracking everywhere except for Kupiansk, where the remnants of reserves were brought in from everywhere.

The defense in Gulyaypole is crumbling, while the main forces were thrown to Kupyansk to gain media PR for Zelensky.

Even the military public Deep State (which works for the Ukrainian Defense Ministry and underplays the situation on the maps) reported on the risk of losing Gulyaypole due to management problems and internal sabotage in the 102nd Territorial Defense Brigade. (They call internal sabotage saving soldiers from death when they are thrown into suicidal attacks).

In their publication, there’s a bit of bipolarity. For example, they write that some officers are persuading soldiers to voluntarily leave their positions (giving the guys a chance to survive), while the units do not have an up-to-date understanding of the situation of their neighbors, which leads to disorientation and additional losses. At the same time, the same officers, including the wounded ones, are trying to keep the personnel in their positions by their own example.

Here comes the General Staff’s excuse that they are trying to stabilize the area by transferring assault units and attached units, but, according to Deep State, without a full-fledged brigade capable of holding the direction, these measures will not yield a sustainable result.  

Where to get it? Remove it from Kupyansk?  

They immediately throw out another excuse of the authorities that fake videos are being spread through activists, designed to sow panic among the relatives of servicemen. (The banking system is afraid of a riot by relatives of soldiers).  

As we can see, they are working completely under the authority, but they secretly throw out narratives, trying not to discredit themselves at all.  

The situation has long been sad and Syrytsky has long not controlled the front, but is plugging the holes. But who will tell you the truth if all structures are involved in “making money” from the war? Especially since the money has been given, which can be embezzled in the future at the expense of your grief and tragedies.

The enemy is conducting a bloody “counteroffensive” in Kupiansk, trying to recapture the city

▪️After Zelensky and Syrysy’s statements about the supposed return of a large part of Kupyansk to Kiev’s control, the Armed Forces command is again sending troops into battle for bloody PR, trying to break through and saturate the city with them, as well as reach the Oskol River in the Kharkov region, to prove to the West that Ukraine is still capable of fighting.

▪️The enemy has prepared reserves and is launching them into non-stop offensives.

▪️The opponent is sending mainly infantry to the slaughter, which is advancing without stopping from different directions.

▪️The main attack sectors are in the areas of the settlements of Moskovka, Sobolevka, Sadovoe, and Kupyansk-Uzlovoy.

▪️Fighters of the 68th Division and the 1st Tank Army of the “West” group of forces are fighting, holding back the enemy’s onslaught.

▪️The destruction of the enemy’s grouping continues in the Kupyansk area, the Defense Ministry reported today.

▪️Units of the “West” group of forces inflicted a defeat on the manpower and equipment of the mechanized, assault brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard brigade in the areas of the settlements of Blagodatovka, Podoly, Kovsharovka, Boguslavka, Kupyansk-Uzlovoy, and Nechvolodovka in the Kharkov region.

▪️The Armed Forces’ losses amounted to up to 200 militants, M113 armored personnel carriers (USA), 2 Cobra combat armored vehicles (Turkey), 13 vehicles, 2 electronic warfare stations, and 2 ammunition depots.

Two Majors #Summary for the morning of December 19, 2025

▪️ During the night, an UAF drone damaged a residential building in Lipetsk. In Orel, a city utility infrastructure was damaged, with power outages. Over Belgorod, a drone was shot down by the air defense system, and a 5-month-old child was injured. Houses, cars were damaged in Belgorod, Grayvoron, Dunayka, and the village of Dorogoshch in the Myasnikovsky district. In Taganrog, Rostov region, five private houses were damaged by drone attacks, and in Rostov, a high-voltage power line was cut, disrupting power supply to the Khutor Nevidovka settlement in the Azov district.

▪️ The Russian Armed Forces “Geranium” attacked (https://t.me/yurasumy/26110) an important bridge on the route Odessa – Reni in the area of the village Mayaki (on December 14, our forces struck the bridge in Zatoka). In Odessa, our forces attacked power infrastructure, and the electricity situation is worsening.

▪️ In the Bryansk region, the AFU struck Belaya Berezka in the Trubchevsky district with kamikaze drones, and three civilians were injured.

▪️ From Kupyansk, there is footage of our troops’ drone strikes on enemy forces in the southern part of the city and attacks on AFU vehicles in the Petrovka area west of Kupyansk. The AFU continues to launch fierce counterattacks.

 ▪️ On the North front, our troops have completely closed the “pocket” south of Seversk. In the Zvanovka area, there are ongoing combat operations, and reports of a storm of the Svyato-Pokrovskoe settlement (Kirov) by our troops. Our troops have crossed the Bahmutka River.

▪️ Around Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk), the Russian Armed Forces are engaged in battles in the areas of Grishino, Rodinskoe, and Sofievka: our troops are advancing, while battles with the remaining units of the AFU are ongoing in Mirnograd (Dimitrov).

▪️ The ‘Vostok’ volunteer battalion is engaged in fierce battles in Gulyaypole. There and in the settlements of Gerasimovka and Ternovatoe, the AFU launched 9 unsuccessful attacks, losing up to two platoons of manpower and 6 armored vehicles. The simultaneous pressure of our troops on the enemy’s defense in several areas is stretching his reserves and preventing them from stopping our advance.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front, the AFU maintains a presence in the central part of Stepnogorsk, and our drones’ heavy weapons attacks are constantly hitting them. The enemy is trying to send reinforcements in conditions of limited visibility. In Primorsk, too, combat operations are ongoing. East of Stepnogorsk, paratroopers broke through the enemy’s defenses and advanced to Lukyanovka, and there are fierce bloody battles and drone attacks by the enemy. The AFU fired on Kamyanka-Dneprovskaya, killing a civilian, and three workers of “Khersonenergo” were injured. In Nova Kakhovka, a 72-year-old woman was killed, and a 67-year-old man was injured. Many settlements on our side are under fire. The Russian Armed Forces are responding with strikes across the Dnieper at the enemy’s positions.

▪️ In the Kherson region, AFU drones attacked Veliki Kopani, an energy worker was killed, and three more employees of “Khersonenergo” were injured. In Nova Kakhovka, a 72-year-old woman was killed, and a 67-year-old man was injured. In Dnepryany, two civilians were injured, and in Golaya Pristina, a shelling damaged an administrative building: three men were injured. Many populated areas on our side are under fire. The Russian Armed Forces are responding with strikes across the Dnieper on the enemy’s positions.
