As of today, Grandma Betty remains dying in hospital. The new antibiotics weren’t taking hold and she has been denied needed medication. Please pray for Momma Betty. My mother has a heart of Gold and was praying for a medbed.

 

Due to Kaitlynn’s and my rights being violated and justice denied, we are not allowed to be bedside with grandma together. I am not allowed to call her or have any contact with her due to the obstruction of justice and interference.

 

I have filed and filed mounds of evidence, affidavits, exhibits proving our innocence and crimes against us, only to be ignored, suppressed and retaliated against.

 

Kaitlynn is 18 and wants to leave foster care and be free. She left and the state and county put an APB on her. She ran from another potentially dangerous situation in foster care.

 

According to my research she is free to finish her schooling away from foster care as an adult. But CPS is wanting her to turn herself in and have the judge emancipate her. Foster care has not been good to her. She has suffered much abuse there and been denied contact with her family.

 

The municipal court and Detective Patterson need to drop the false charges for protecting her from years of documented abuse in foster care (ignored by county and state agents), including the Dayton 2024 story that went viral via Judy Byington.

 

CPS and Juvenile ignore the affidavits put on the record 11-15-24.They need to drop the no contact order and free this poor child in hiding again! I am not allowed to talk to her or protect her, or I go to jail on this void abnitio case!!!!!
