The CIA plays a pivotal role in funding through their unlimited Black Budget, the Deep State Cabal and their nefarious activities that honor Satan – thus providing the means to blackmail members of Congress and control the American People.

Three CIA Satanic Ritually Abused women went before a 1995 Congressional Hearing on Human Radiation Experiments to testify about tortuous CIA Mind Control they were subjected to throughout their childhoods – which included the torture and murder of other children. Recordings of their abuse were used to blackmail Congress people. All were now deceased, having died of mysterious causes.
Congress has never acted on these heinous crimes of the CIA that were believed still going on today, or have legislators done anything on Intel given in two formal Congressional Hearings on the subject of CIA Mind Control torture of children used to Blackmail legislators.
No further investigation was ever started, let alone completed, after the 1970s and 1995 Congressional Hearings. All three witnesses later died of mysterious causes, their dramatic information about bribery of Congress people having been covered up.

Therapist Valerie Wolf and an unnamed MKULTRA Victim C testified that they were used in government radiation and sexual abuse experiments. In the two weeks Wolf had to prepare for the hearing, she had over 40 therapists of mind-control victims contact her to verify her testimony of the CIA use of children in their tortuous experiments.
Evidently since the 1940s children have been involved in government radiation human experiments. Wolf said she felt the 1970s Hearings on MKULTRA did not discuss experimentation on children because the children involved were too young to testify, or worse, were still involved in the same torture experimentation.
The CIA regularly intimidated victims to ensure they would not talk about their experiences even though victims across the country have spontaneous remembrances of radiation treatments as children.
Some of the survivors testified that an employee of the Army Chemical Center a Dr. Green (one named him as Al Wilson Green), was over the experiments. Other Sexual perpetrators named by Survivors were President of the American Psychiatric Association Donald Ewen Cameron, CIA Director Helms, Martin Garn, James Hamilton, various Heads of Academic Institutions and Sidney Gottlieb an American chemist and spymaster who headed the Central Intelligence Agency‘s 1950s and 1960s assassination attempts and mind-control program, known as Project MKUltra.
According to Wolf victims claim that the radiation experiments on them as children resulted in long term psychological and multiple medical ailments such as problems with their auto immune systems, thyroids and multiple sclerosis. She also said that therapist requests under the Freedom of Information Act, for information on the CIA radiation experiments, have been slowed down or denied.

Christine Nicola (age 32) testified that she was in mind-control experiments from ages 4-14, (1966 to 1976). She claimed that even as a young child she was subjected to radiation, drugs, electrodes, sexual abuse and mind-control experiments performed by a Dr. Green. She was kept tied in a cage by Dr. Green’s office, but sometimes escaped to read reports in Dr. Green’s office addressed to the CIA and military personnel.
Her father Richard Ebner and other children were involved in her abuse. The experiments took place at Kansas City University in 1966. Later she was taken to Tucson Arizona. They used trauma to terrorize her in order to control her mind, splitting her brain’s thinking patterns into parts by creating multiple personalities. They were training her to be an assassin.
By age 12 in 1974 they decided she was too rebellious and for the next two years until 1976 they tried to reverse her programming through various types of torture – which didn’t work.

MKULTRA Victim C testified that she was now age 45 (born in 1950) and was subjected to CIA experiments from ages 7 to 24, (1957-1984). Her abuse involved the use of electro shock, radiation, drugs, isolation in a tub of water, sexual abuse, sleep deprivation, burns, emotional and physical abuse. These same atrocities were used on countless other children involved.
L. Wilson Green was given 50 million dollars to run the program with CIA Science Division CIA Office of Research Development. Dr. Green did the x-rays. She was also abused by Sidney Gottlieb, Dr. Cameron, CIA Director Helms, James Hamilton and various Heads of Academic Institutions.
She heard Green say he used children because it was fun, cheaper, lower profile, females and “I like scaring them.” Green also told her that once when they were running out of funding, they had to get rid of their subjects by killing them. Gotlet laughed about using a large group of retarded kids in radiation.
At age nine Victim C was taken to a lodge in Maryland to be used as a sexual slave in order to blackmail or entrap men who were high in the CIA and politics. At one time they wanted to keep the CIA funding going, so stepped up blackmail and stresses on her and other children. She now can’t work or bear children. She requested a Presidential Commission on Mind Control.
In October 1995 the President’s Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments reported that secret radiation experiments on indigent patients and mentally retarded children were not only done, but that these people were deceived about the nature of their treatments.
Dr. William Silverman asserted that performing no therapeutic experiments on children without authorization from parents was part of a broader “ethos of the time” in which “everyone was a draftee” in a national war on disease.

“Access Denied For Reasons of National Security” detailed the rest of Cathy and Mark’s life story. It answered how Cathy was trying to recover from her child torture when at age 30 intelligence insider Mark Phillips rescued her and her daughter Kelly away from their CIA operative handler. The book detailed how Mark & Cathy survived the state, federal and Congressional judicial gristmill and exposed criminal acts of politically powerful people.

1980s- 1990s Nebraska “The Franklin Cover-Up, Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska” by Senator John W. DeCamp. The book covers the CIA, Franklin Credit Union Scandal, Boys Town Sex Abuse Ring, Drug Running, Child Trafficking and blackmailing politicians to ensure tax dollar funding for CIA mind-control programs.
Larry King was convicted of stealing millions from the Franklin Credit Union. He conducted his operations at Republican fund raising after-parties where young boys and girls were brokered to senators, congressmen and women and persons of influence.
Upon King’s parole he was recruited into the National Republican Party. King’s strategy, like that of the CIA’s MKULTRA – was to target political figures to ensure anonymity and continued financial support from legislature. King used sexually abused children from Boys Town & others who were kidnapped, to sleep with and compromise influential men & women. These political figures would be photographed & videotaped engaging in drug taking & various sexual activity with those minors.

Johnny Gosch was a 12 year-old paperboy in Iowa when he disappeared on September 5 1982. Paul Bonacci told attorney and author John Decamp that he was in a sex ring with Gosch as a teenager and was forced into participating in Gosch’s abduction. He also admitted, along with Alisha Owen, that they had been used as drug couriers to bring cocaine in from the West Coast for Alan Baer, Larry King and others during the 1980s.
It was first reported by the World Herald Reporter James Flanery that King was “running guns and money into Nicaragua, and that the CIA was heavily involved.”
